I ordered the Thomas Kincade Crystal Snowman Figurine along with a Christmas Center Table Decoration for a total of $28.18. I waited, and waited, and waited to receive them. I finally received a package that had a 10-pack of CHEAP Chinese Toothbrushes. So much for them being a reputable company. I emailed them about the issue and their response was, "Sorry to hear that the item does not meet your expectations." Are you kidding me???? It's not even what I ordered. I have demanded a full refund and will be seeking legal assistance if they do not refund the entire amount I paid. Stay away from this place!! A total scam!!!!
I bought 2 Kincaid Crystal snowmen fromm Qualitaevi in November. Never received. I did receive a pair of very cheap gloves which I have sent back. I contacted the company, got a reply back within minutes, saying sorry, please provide copies of what you received, along with tracking information. All requested info was sent, and have not heard anything from sending the info nor after sending 8 emails requesting my money back. Scam for sure.
I bought a Kincade crystal snowman from Qualitaevi in November and am still waiting for it. I guess if I got scammed, I only lost $15, which is what they charged me.
I bought the same thing and just like you, I'm still waiting. The sad part is that it was a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law.
