I'VE BEEN HAD and they got me for $32.95! I ordered a dragon for my sisters birthday and it's been over 2 months already. When I try to track my order it wont let me. It just says it's been shipped, But it has been saying that for over a month now. So I tried to e-mail them, Welllll you can't! Oh, and they are calling themselves "PURPLEHAND" now! So Buyers BEWARE! There are people out there just waiting to take your money and there is NOTHING we can do about it... I'm hurt and sick cause it was for my sister's birthday and it was just BEAUTIFUL! But now I have nothing for her, So be careful when shopping on line...
I placed a order with them for my sisters birthday, I ordered her a beautiful Dragon that hangs on the wall. They are now calling themselves PURPLEHAND. Yes absolute scam. They are also selling a handmade plant pot that isn’t even theirs. It’s a local Etsy shop seller that created the item. Buyer beware. It’s a complete scam
This store and their Facebook Marketplace page are a complete scam. The
Purplehand.Shop is selling bogus merchandise as if it were their own. The page itself is using a photo of a BBQ chicken stand taken by Tom Mueller in Aurora, Ontario who is a machinest and small business owner. He manufactures and sells these chicken stands - but purplehand is using his photo's without permission and three of his products - charging $19.99 each and delivering nothing to customers. Tom is very concerned that this will impact his reputation and product line. COMPLETE SCAM. This email address - alvaradokaden4@gmail.com - is listed on the webpage on Facebook Marketplace. I have reported the page to Facebook Administration.
OMG! I wish I had seen your post before I made my order over 2 months ago. I had ordered my sister a BEAUTIFUL Dragon from PURPLEHAND and I still have not received it and I can't even track it cause all it says is IT'S BEEN SHIPPED. But it's been saying that for over a month now lol. I know I'll never get it so they got me for $32.95 and it's a lesson learned for me for sure. But I'm just sick over it cause it was for my sister and I know she would have LOVED it. Oh Well, we live and learn the hard way I guess...
