I'm getting worried that I have fallen for a scam by pungrul. I ordered the ""Charming Cottage Playhouse"......only have an order number, but no tracking number. Should have arrived by now.
Same here. Ordered the cottage. They say it was delivered but it has not been delivered. And customer service is just an automatic response saying check your tracking number. Like duh already did that.SCAM. SCAM
Rip off. SCAM. SCAM.
Never received item even though they insist I have it. And when you send a message to customer service it's the same message check package has been delivered. My only advantage is I did not give them my credit card number. I used a prepaid debit.
