PulsarBuds (PulsarBuds.co or PulsarBuds.com), which is selling Pulsar Buds Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless Earbuds, IPX4 Waterproof, 30Hr Cyclic Playtime for iPhone & Android, doesn’t seem to be a trustworthy online store. Following drawbacks make Pulsar Buds (both PulsarBuds.com and PulsarBuds.co) a suspicious online store:-

# This websites has lots of similarities with a bunch of problematic sites like Cardieo, TurboTuuli, BuyBlaux, KoreTrak, Blaux, BuyOshenWatch, BuyRangeXTD, GetTVBuddy, FeverPatrol, etc. These sites have lots of complaints from their users. So, this makes it a very suspicious site.

# PulsarBuds.co and PulsarBuds.com both are identical websites. We don't find any legit online stores that open two separate websites with the exactly same content and theme and product to sell. Only scam sites are found to be opening multiple similar kinds of sites. If we believe one of them is fake and another one is a legit one, then why the legit online store is not filing the copyright claim to shut down the fake one? Legit companies won't let any other to open the copycat websites.

# It hasn't provided its company's address. Legit online stores should not miss providing detailed contact information.

# It hasn’t secured its website properly and has provided the fake trust seal logos of McAfee, VeriSign, etc. on its Product Detail, Cart, and Order/Checkout pages. So, if you shop at this website, your personal and financial information might be stolen.

# Sites similar to it has lots of complaints from various users for not getting their purchased products even after a month of their purchase. Users of similar sites have complained that even after 3 weeks of their purchase, those sites didn't confirm the shipping and didn't communicate with them.

# Users of similar kinds of sites have complained that those sites never responded to their emails. Users have also complained that when they called sites similar to this at a given number, those sites put them on hold for a long time, and then the call was terminated. So, you can check this site by contacting them at their given number on their Contact Us page which is 855-944-1613.

# Few clients who got a response from sites similar to this, they said those sites were making an excuse of COVID-19 for not shipping their products even after a month of their purchase.

# Few clients who have received their purchased products from similar kinds of sites after waiting for a long time, they have also complained about the quality of the product.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on a huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

    1. We bought a pair of pulsar ear buds in September of last year. I did not try them until feb of 2021, because I was using a old pair. I know the 2 months were up since I bought them but they said they will not back there product. The left side doesn’t work. Do not buy any pulsar product again. At least I won’t. Steve

  1. Bought a pair, really good product untill it came to charging them. They wouldn't charge. Emailed the company and had a replacement set sent through.
    Hopefully wont have the same issue

  2. I’ve just received Two pairs. They came quicker than expected. Are exactly as advertised. I’m listening with them at the moment! Absolutely love them!!! And they shipped to Sydney Australia in around two weeks! Fantastic ?????????

  3. Just bought three sets. Two for the kids for Christmas and one for myself. Pleased I read the 60 day refund policy so checked all of them rather than find issues in December. Easy to pair and all working fine. Sounds quality is good Packaging seems sleek and professional and the buds look and feel good. I’ve never had buds before, so far I am impressed.

  4. I did get the product I wanted (Pulsar Buds). The earbuds seem well manufactured. They sound decent. So far I was happy. But the one deal-breaker and warning is the Bluetooth connection is not stable. I experience audio dropouts frequently. Nothing worse than enjoying a tune and one or both earbuds drop the audio for a second or two. I have connected to my Apple iPad and iPhone and this occurs on both device connections. Because of that I cannot recommend these even though the price is very reasonable. I would rather pay more and have a solid listening device. I did contact them and stated the issue. They thought it was a defective unit and sent me a replacement set but the replacement is doing the same.

  5. Got mine yesterday and they are they best I have owned. No, not the Apple equivalent, but every single other one I have own (and there’s a lot) don’t come close to this quality.
    Shipping was delayed but that because of covid and auspost is struggling.
    Quality is awesome.

  6. I bought a pair of Pulsar Buds and when I first started using them, I loved the sound quality. Phone conversations are crystal clear. The controls on the buds themselves don't work as advertised but for the price I'm willing to overlook that. I liked them so well I ordered a second pair for my wife, however before her buds arrived I started having issues with mine. I'd never seen this happen with any other buds, or headsets that I own. When streaming music, the songs will start to drag and speed up randomly. I thought maybe it was caused by the battery running low, but after charging them it was still doing the same thing. Also they started dropping blue tooth connection to either one or both frequently. I wish I'd waited a while longer before ordering the second set. Instead of a $43.00 lesson, now I got an $86.00 lesson.

    1. I bought three sets and with my set just two days ago the right one stopped working altogether. I’ve tried everything to hook it back up and there’s no online help whatsoever. At the moment the left one works and before this I had no issues. However mine has just played up one week over the 60 day return policy. Starting to get disappointed and frustrated with the money it cost for the three sets, wireless chargers and extra warranty, but no way of contacting them now ?

  7. I was a little nervous when I placed my order as the website doesn’t seem that legit. But they’ve arrived within a week to the UK. And if I didn’t know better, Id say it’s either marketing scheme by Apple to make more revenue or they’re stolen AirPod pros just repacked. Either way very happy with their comfort, sound quality and specs. Highly recommend for £50.

  8. This product falls way short of it's advertised promises. Harmon Kardon sound quality? Absolutely not! Not even close? Volume setting is so low outside noise cancel sound quality. Their add on charging station is a joke.
    I’d like a full refund for this product.

  9. Why I had high hope about this product? I got this pulsar buds yesterday. At first it was good then they starting turning it off and on on its own, the left side goes off while the right side is still on then left goes off again and then right goes off then suddenly after a minute, they went back on. I dunno wt.. is going on. I tried disconnecting and connecting back to my iPhone, same problem occurred. Don’t buy this, you get what you paid for, i had a real Apple AirPod, it was great and worth it unfortunately it died in the laundry washer, RIP....so please check your pockets

  10. It’s odd on all the different experiences folks have had. I can definitely afford the very expensive Apple generation II earbuds, but I am a little tired of Apple, Google, Amazon ... The website did look a little sketchy, but for around $50 US, I would have notified the credit card company if an issue did occur.

    As for the process, I received a confirmation email that I made the purchase and follow up email that it was shipped. I received the earbuds about 6 days later fully charged and ready go. The interface looks identical to the Apple generation I EarPods interface. Not being a sound engineer, I think they sound the same as the Apple generation I if not better. I wanted to try the Pulsar Earbuds as the Apple generation I kept falling out my ears and had to buy $14 dollar holders. The battery life seems good, well worth the money, I would say to Apple, your not the only game in town.

  11. JUST order a pair...... and THEN I go and read this ??‍♀️ I'm in Western Australia, so deliveries take weeks due to covid. Hopefully I'll get them, and they will be decent enough for phone calls and listening to podcasts. Feeling pretty nervous now though lol.

      1. Nice to know that you are also a member of WA. We don't recommend you to purchase PulsarBuds due to the lots of complaints that we got from its users.

  12. Arrived as advertised. Amazing deal. $76 for two pair. Sound Quality.... Good for podcasting, marginal at best for music. Real Airpod pros sound way better. PB have little to no separation and the bass treble lines are basically flat.

  13. Admittedly the site looks very untrusted. That’s why any transactions I do are under a burner prepaid card.

    I took a shot with these, the product is amazing!

I 1000% thought this was a scam, however after ordering two pairs and opting out of the surveys attached I paid 78~ USD for two pairs for my wife and I, came as advertised and fully charged, I have a CC designated for online shopping with promt security to cancel transactions i didnt pursue from my phones IP. They arrived one and a half weeks after the charge from..(ECOMTXN.COM) Fully charged and not only as advertised but in boxes shown on site.
