This website is 100% a scam! The only way to contact them is an email address and no matter what you ask them like where is my order and why didn’t ship in the United States like your website says it does they just keep saying don’t worry your order is coming. The tracking company is bogus it’s made up and so is the tracking number. You will never get your product but they will charge your card - do not buy!
We bought a product (The "stained glass type of birds" shown above!) and we received a much smaller enameled metal hanger that is no way similar to the picture shown. We contacted the owner who has refused to issue a refund. This store sells INFERIOR PRODUCT and LIES/MISLEADS by showing incorrect pictures. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LADY! I have put a stop on my credit card! You will NEVER get your money back!
They are a scam, which unfortunately I fell for. Two days after making a purchase on Propernewthing there was illegal activity on my credit card. When I finally received the item I ordered, three weeks later, I was charged seven dollars above the quoted amount.
Chase was wonderful. They canceled my card and immediately issued a new one. They credited the §7 false charge.
Ordered the above item on Facebook as a present for my best friend. Extremely disappointed, nothing like the item described, & tiny. The company have confirmed that they sent the correct item, so there is nothing that can be done. A total scam, avoid this company, feel really cheated, & so I have been
Wanted to leave a review but don’t know how ? purchased glass birds , they kept me updated with delivery tracker ok , it took 4 wks ? delivery was not satisfactory , it was delivered to a neighbour without my knowledge ( says it was posted into my letterbox ) it was not , No Calling card didn’t I was unaware of it , they did reply to my query of delivery but dud not advise it was with a neighbour !!
I am disgusted that this company is still operating. I received a bit of plastic in the mail yesterday which had been advertised as stained glass bird hanging, probably worth $5 for which I was charged almost $100.00. I want a full refund which appears to be impossible. Something should be done to stop these people immediately. Interestingly the return address on the parcel is from NSW Australia not China!
THE HUGE PROBLEM FOR THE PUBLIC IS THAT THESE SITES CONTINUE TO BE HOSTED BY FACEBOOK WHO IS ACTING AS AN ESSENTIAL PART OF A CRIME, TOTALLY WITHOUT REGARD OR RESPONSIBILITY IN THEIR ROLE IN THE ONGOING THEFT FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC. EVEN WHEN THE PUBLIC TRIES TO ALERT THEM TO A CRIME SITUATION THEY DO NOT TAKE PROPER ACTION TO RESPOND.
