What is Pretzelie.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling fashion items like bottoms, tops, beachwears, Christmas focused outfits and so on. Further, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Pretzelie as one of the not recommended sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number are missing on its “Contact Us” or “About Us” details or anywhere else on its website whereas legit companies always provide such information on their websites. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide the information, hence we shall not trust such a company for our online shopping.

Copied Images/contents:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this online store has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content as well as website themes match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is offering unreasonable discounts and sales offers on the price of lots of products it sells which seems unrealistic. Hence most of the scam sites do so to attract people in their website.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Returns Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and exchange of items purchased. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Based on all the above facts, we can conclude that Pretzelie is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. I ordered one item to "test drive" the website on May 20th. Received it on June 8th. It's adorable and fits great. I had no issues.

I ordered from them, February 10 and still do not have my tops. I wrote them and threatened to turn them into the BBB. They sent an email and apologized and ask for more time. It has been a month so I will inform my Visa Card Company of the fraud and also send an email to the BBB.

  3. I bought 4 shirts from them. All were recieved in good condition and were as advertised. No issues. Took a while to get the order but due to Covid it was anticipated.

  4. I was afraid of this. I ordered weeks ago, 4 items. Got an email that something was backordered. Why not ship the rest? Haven't received anything yet. Even the name sounds strange.
I should've known better, but was tempted by certain items that were very original.
So far they're not stealing my credit card number which is what I feared. So far...

I just received my order from Pretzelie and the shirts look nothing like what was on the website and it looks like a huge tablecloth on me! I went to the website to check it out and cannot find the website anywhere, but found this site. I also cannot find any email or order confirmation showing what I paid for the stuff (4 shirts, 1 pair of shoes, and 3 necklaces). The shirts are all crappy knockoffs that don't even really look like what I ordered. Their return p0licy basically states that I have to pay for shipping back, make sure I have the right address, they will inspect and decide if I get my money back, unless they arrive damaged then I won't get a refund. How will I know? Sounds like they got my money for something they didn't provide, I have to pay to give the goods back to them, and I probably won't see any money back. That sounds like fraud to me. I think I'll just contact my bank and file fraud charges. Thank you for your information and validating my concerns. It just sucks that these were some Christmas presents for my girls on a skinny year.
