What is PrettyHoodie.com?

It is an online shopping store selling different fashion items like sweatshirts and hoodies, outerwear, dresses, Christmas outfits, and so on. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

PrettyHoodie is categorized as one of the suspicious sites due to the following loopholes we found on its website:

Company Address:

It mentioned on its Terms of Service that its Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK but missed providing its company’s address and contact phone number on its website. Providing such information is requisite for any legit websites. So it is not a trustworthy company for online shopping.

Copied Content:

Lots of content website theme matches with the other similar type of suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a very unrealistic and bogus Return Policy to be eligible for the return and exchange of items purchased. It may even make its buyers' responsibility to pay the return shipping cost which is non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Reshline is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

A total scam! Was sent the wrong item and they claim I'm not in their system. Have had numerous email exchanges and also get the same response. Stay away from Made in China! Never had my issue resolved and am out $30.

This company is a scam. I did not receive what I ordered. Each day they have tried to negotiate a small refund until finally they want me to pay for return shipping to China in order to receive a refund. This company is nothing but a joke and a scam.

Definitely do not order from this company.... it is a scam! The item I got was nothing like what was on the website. Their return policy says you can easily return if not satisfied. That is not the case. They will only give you 15% off and then make you keep the item. They finally said I could ship it back to China but obviously not spending money to do that.

  4. I have recently been a victim of this scam. I ordered a sweatshirt that took almost a month to be delivered, when I opened the package, the sweatshirt wasn’t even finished. The material isn’t what was advertised and one sleeve isn’t even hemmed. I’ve asked for a refund and they offered 15% refund because it’s expensive to mail to China. Very disappointed and letting myself get taken advantage of. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS “so called” company!!
