I bought one of their 4wheel Transformer Mobility Scooters on February 5, 2022, and I have yet to receive it. After waiting a month, I inquired about the status of my order and was told it had already been delivered. I told them this was impossible because I had never received it. They gave me the tracking information, which I immediately checked. I found that "my scooter" had been delivered to someone in Scottsdale, AZ, while I live in Vian, Oklahoma. The addresses were completely different except for the last two digits of the zip code, which were the same. I inturn Emailed them back and informed them of what I had found. I waited another month and sent them another Email, trying to get some, if any, kind of information. Now here it is another month has passed and I still have not heard anything from them since the original contact.
