So, let’s begin with our PopJulia.com review.

PopJulia complaints. PopJulia legit of fraud? PopJulia fake or real?

What is PopJulia.com? Why do we think PopJulia might be a scam?

# You can find lots of complaints against PopJulia within sites like Trustpilot.com, Sitejabber.com. However, you can find out some positive Pop Julia reviews as well within those sites. But, Trustpilot has already confirmed that Trustpilot has found lots of fake reviews on PopJulia (find the screenshot below taken from Trustpilot). So, that confirms those positive reviews are all made up. On top of that, even if we consider those positive PopJulia reviews, still, we can find out lots of complaints against PopJulia.

Notice from TrustPilot about PopJulia forum

# Lots of users have complained that PopJulia delivered them cheap quality as well as unfit size items which are completely different than what PopJulia has advertised on its website. So, delivering cheap quality or wrong items by showing high-quality items is definitely not a good sign of any business.

# The company’s address provided by PopJulia on its “Contact Us” page exactly matches with other similar kinds of online stores such as SignFaith, Stylewe, TrendStorez and so on. However, it hasn’t mentioned anywhere that it is linked with those other sites. Legit sites will mention their link with other sites if they provide the contact details which is linked with other sites. So, it is clear that PopJulia has been operating and running by the same person who doesn’t want to reveal the list of multiple sites he/she owns which obviously rings the big warning bell.

# 2.27 Romer House Lewisham High Street, London, England, SE136EE is the address that PopJulia has provided as its company’s address previously. Now, it’s provided its parent company’s name and address as Advancer Limited, Third Floor 207 Regent Street W1B 3HH London UK (UPDATE: Once again, it has changed its parent company’s name and address as “QANDIES LIMITED (qandies.com) 617, Crown House North Circular Road, London, England, NW10 7PN” on their “Terms and Conditions” details which is also a company responsible for running multiple scam sites). However, when we check the WHOIS details of PopJulia.com, we find out that it is from Hong Kong. So, it is clear that PopJulia is not providing its real company’s address which is definitely a big warning bell.

# These days multiple new online stores are popping up and claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some of these kinds of online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Now you must be clear why we doubt on PopJulia. So, in this situation, we don’t recommend you to purchase anything from PopJulia.

So, it is clear that PopJulia is a suspicious website through our Pop Julia review as above. However, if you still want to add your own PopJulia reviews or want to say something about it, then please feel free to leave your comment below.

  1. I ordered a gift from the site for my wife in 2018 for Christmas. When it came the item didn’t fit.

So I went to mail the item back ($100) due to the fact that they are in China. Then it sat at customs for 3 months and then it was sent back to me. Keep in mind that the gift only cost me around $60 so now I am out of $160. When I contacted Popjulia I keep getting this “robo” like response “If you run into any issue, please do not hesitate to contact us”.

I emailed them throughout the process more than 20 times and would receive the same email.

I feel like why should I resend the item back to popjulia when I tried the 1st time, cost me $100 to do so and now they want me to re-send the item costing me another $100 or they said that “to avoid second return, we would like to offer 30% cash refund or 40% store credit for you to keep the items. Could you accept it?”

Why would I accept an item that doesn’t fit and a 30% cash refund or a 40% store credit from a place that I have no intentions on using ever again.

I just want to be made whole.

So I recommend that you stay away from this place because they have been a nightmare to me!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

    Monetary Loss: $160.

    Preferred solution: Full refund.
