Pointmarts complaints Pointmarts fake or real Pointmarts legit or fraud | De Reviews

So let’s start with the Pointmarts review:

Pointmarts is an online shopping store that is selling different products like COMFY CALMING DOG/CAT BED, 2-IN-1 HIGH PRESSURE WASHER 2.0, 2020 UP GRADED ELECTRIC SPIN SCRUBBER, RECHARGEABLE MINI CHAINSAW- NECESSARY TOOL FOR DAILY GARDENING & CHRISMAS TREE, VORTEX ILLUSION RUG, HANGING COMPRESSIBLE STORAGE BAG, PET CHRISTMAS PARTY COAT, DOG SUPPLIES CHRISTMAS DOG CLOTHES, 2020 WASHABLE WATERPROOF UNISEX WARMING HEATED VEST and so on. However, there are so many things you must know about Pointmarts before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Pointmarts as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address of Pointmarts has been provided as unit 1st Floor, Building J, No. 10, Weikangde East District, Shangxue Science Park, Bantian Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong. Google Maps pinpoints that address in the middle of road and there is no any company with name Pointmarts has been mentioned on Google Maps on or around the given address. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide the information, hence we shall not trust such companies for our online shopping destination.

Security of the website:

The trust seal logos of VeriSign, McAfee, Norton and so on provided by Pointmarts on its few product details are fake because they are not clickable. However, the real trust seal logos should be clickable so that we can click on them which should send us to the official verification webpage of respective trust seal providers to verify those trust seals. On top of that, the VeriSign logo has not been used since 2012. The Norton Secured logo is the legitimate seal provided by the same company now, VeriSign no longer issues SSL certificates so there is no longer a valid VeriSign site seal. So, there is no point in providing both VeriSign and Norton logos on the same website. Mostly scam sites provide such fake trust seal logos which makes Pointmarts a very suspicious and unprofessional website as well as an unsecured website. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Copied Images/Content:

Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic problematic sites.

Discount and Sales offers:

Pointmarts is providing unreasonable discount and sales offers on its lots of products which seems unrealistic and too good to be true. Hence most of the scam sites adopt this kind of strategy to attract people in their website.

Customer Support and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to Pointmarts is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites. Pointmarts may cheat the buyers by sending the fake or very cheap quality products which is lesser the value of the product and other than what it advertises on its website.

Our Final Verdict:

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Above are some of the realities we have shown you after our research on how Pointmarts and similar type of companies are doing their business and how they are scamming the people.

Nevertheless, we have come up with the conclusion that Pointmarts is one of the suspicious websites and we do not recommend it because they seem to be cheating their customers very smartly. We recommend you not to make any purchases from this website because either they will not deliver you the product or will deliver such a quality product that is not worth your purchase value.

Hence we recommend you to cross-verify about Pointmarts to find out if it’s a scam or a legit company. Thank you for this information. I was scammed when I bought a similar chain saw that pointmart sells. That was CHMtechnologyLLC. Fortunately I paid through PayPal and they refunded the total amount I paid. Didn't have to send the junk back to company either. I'm so glad I read your reviews about this and other scammers. I'll spread the word!

Pointmarts scammed me by sending something I didn’t order! They argued that what I ordered was much more expensive ! They sent me a link (picture of item) at a higher price. When I clicked on the link it was a lesser price! Don’t know how they play this game but I’ve argued with them several times with email & they insist I’m wrong even though I’ve sent them the link!

  6. Pointmarts is definitely a scam. Did not receive item I ordered but a much cheaper item.

Kim did you pay through PayPal? If you did DEMAND your money back!! It took two and one months but I got the money back. And they try and have you mail the junk back and give a nonexistent address then try and blame it on the USPS!! GOOD LUCK DON'T GIVE UP!
