Shipping tracking got the package all the way to Seattle, then went dead. First they blamed covid related delays, then stoped responding after the 90 day refund period.
Hello, I made a purchase through their Instagram page, the billing was done properly, but I did not receive any receipt or purchase confirmation, and it was weird for me. I was still waiting patiently… Of course half a year has passed and I have not yet received. Very frustrating, and annoying that Instagram does not check the sites that make charges through it.

I ordered 2 balance boards for my classroom. They took my money of course. I received a few emails and one even provided a tracking number. I was supposedly tracking my parcel through to Vancouver where it sat for 2 months. The suddenly all info from the tracking disappeared. There has been no communication from Parlourhouz since the disappearance of the tracking number even after I e-mailed them daily for two weeks. Now I realize the very nicely done video on Facebook ads for children using the boards was stolen from some other company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered 2 balance boards for my classroom. I spent $50. I never received them. I did get a very odd package from Azerbaijan which had 2 small black jeweled beads. I assume that is what they sent me. There was no company listed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
I’ve had the same experience as mentioned above, two children’s wobble boards ordered in early July 2021, confirmation email received, they took my money, then no response since except an automated response to my questions. This seems to be a total scam. I suggest not purchasing from this vendor.

Have not received my order and it has been over 6 weeks. I emailed them and the email came back not able to be delivered. The tracking information also did not work.
Never received my order and the email inquiries I send are responded to with an automated response. There is no way to track my package either, although they say I should be able to.
Yes I paid for and has never arrived.
Also experience problems to get the products I paid for! They use Track Dog and I could track it until it got to the country of destination, now it is gone, no tracking no record of my order.

Wish I’d known this before I ordered. From now on I will be checking before placing an order. Looked very legit and received order confirmation immediately. Then nothing. At all. Emailed several times to ask for shipping update/order status. Crickets……DO NOT order from them!
