I emailed and all I got was "how about if we give you 20% back then 40% back...WHAT A JOKE...And on top of it you cannot even put a negative review on their website unless you click you received your items....
I finally total the lady in email that I will go through paypal and get all my money back...
That is exactly what I did.....I went through Pay Pal and received a complete refund of my money.

This is definitely a SCAM!!! My story is the same as the rest of you...They advertised that you could buy these 'great products/skids' for $xx.00 and then you wait for the USPS to deliver your skid(s). I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN right there, with the supposed delivery of a SKID by the Post Office, that this wasn't what they were advertising. I guess I still just trust people too easily. But I think this time (hopefully) that I learned my lesson. Oh, btw, I too, rec'd a backpack, along with some other BS, and couldn't figure out why or who would be sending this 'junk' to me. After reading this, I now know that THIS is supposed to be my skid!!! What a joke. And YES they should be held accountable...

OMG...I have been fighting with Betty (Support) for several days and her final offer was 50%. Actually, her final offer was an email that stated the shipping address back to to China. I have contacted the credit company for a full refund. I am also contacting Amazon today to give them the information on the site.
There are alot of very similar websites advertised on facebook, everytime I see one I report it, however facebook still seems to let these scammers advertise. I to received a box of crappy wireless earpods twice, 2 different orders. "Betty" offered 20% then 30%, 40%, refund for the 1st, as long as I cancelled my dispute through paypal, I said Ill settle for no less than 60% and when the money shows Ill cancel it, the money did show. The 2nd order I disputed the entire amount which paypal have awarded. I also asked Betty why I didnt get what I paid for....her answer was her supplier couldn't supply...I said its because you never had it to begin with, so in hindsight if she wasn't a scammer and was genuine she would refund in full. So stay away from any of those sites offering pellets they are all very similar, offering the same thing and most likely being run by a group of them.
This is a scam. I ordered 1 small Household and 1 medium Electronic. I got a wireless headset for the Medium Electronic Pallet and a gold plated necklace for the Hosuehold pallet. Reached out to the email address and got no response on how to return items and get a refund.

This is a complete scam. They will not provide said pallets, will send you dollar store products if that. Cheap men's wallets, a stuffed octopus, face gold chain. And a umbrella. They are more than happy to take your money, but you will never receive a pallet of any size. They lie about fake parcels. Provide fake shipping info. Can't provide straight answers. We all need to sue them. They need to provide refunds. Shameful.

Everyone who got scammed needs to contact PayPal or their credit card company and charge it back and insist this scammer company not be allowed to use Paypal or the merchandiser for your credit card. Since this is an out of country company there's not much you can do except cut off their ability to use these methods of payments. I have sent a dispute to Amex requesting they somehow flag payments to these kind of companies.
I ordered two extra large pallets and never saw the tracking number so I emailed them and I received a reply in my junk email that stated due to COVID-19 they were backed up, but would send the tracking number soon. They did send it and it and I tracked it till it reached my home today and I received a wallet and some paint brushes. I am going to call my credit card company tomorrow and get my money back.

This site is a scam. My 3 kids didn't come. What was delivered instead was a small package about 12" x 12" and 3" thick. Didn't open it took it right back to the post office unopened and they sent it back marked "Rejected". Betty is the customer service email and she must think she is Monty Hall from lets make a deal...offering 20%, 30% and 40% return of my money and letting me keep the package. I told her nope that the packaged was rejected and sent back to the return address on their label and that I was disputing with PayPal and getting all my money back.
I promised Betty(support) that I would post this all over facebook and the internet.....

Sent an email twice they offered a 20% discount the first time then just this morning 30% becuase it would be cheaper than they return charges. Will be contacting PayPal for fraudulent advertising, the TN states attorney , and possible the Commerce Department. I'd like to see them get FB as well considering the amount of complaints and all the scams are the same. They and PayPal had to of known. I truly don't understand why PayPal accepts them and allows them to use their logo and take orders . It's insane. I'm not returning anything unless they provided a pre-paid return envelope and a $5.oo return service fee. I've spent more than enough time on this . From tracking asking why it only weighed 1.6lbs with no reply.

The 2 supersize and the whole order was tracked thru USPS still says it's on it's way. Pallet was orederd on the 17th.
Now, the tracking for the medium order of pallets, came back as my Wish order that I purchased on June 4th. Then said it was delivered. Wish order was delivered, not pallet. Now no tracking for the medium order.
How does a pallet-liquidation order placed on the 17th get the tracking information for a order from wish placed on the fourth?

Ordered a couple of pellets this evening using me debit card, checked bank statement on line, says thanks for using PayPal, but didn't use PayPal at all, please be aware people.
I feel like such a fool! We ordered 4 pallets and every damn one of them was delivered in our mailbox. 3 of them was a pair of knockoff earpods and the last one was a damn stuffed animal and a cheap ass wallet. I pray I can get our hard earned money back from these lowlife criminals.

This is a scam. Today I received a small envelope with the same tracking number as the same one for the pallets. I received some stupid thing and a wallet. Don't fall for this. Calling PayPal

I purchased a large pallet for $49.99 and then $10.00 shipping. LARGE PALLET! The item received was a small envelope with a fake gold chain, a $1 item maybe, a man's cheap wallet, and a small umbrella. The are all junk. Came in an envelope!

I finally got this link for tracking, what's amazing is with all the supposed U.S. warehouses it shipped out of China. Also I received notification from usps that I have an upcoming delivery from the same China location. I have never once had a pallet let alone multiple pallets I assumed I ordered delivered via usps.

You can try to get back your money by contacting your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.
I send them an email and they returned my email, giving me the tracking information however I don’t understand is that on their site it says the pallets will be shipped from one of their warehouse all locations are in USA but from the tracking number it says is coming from China(YANWEN) I’m just waiting to see what they going to send me, I should of look at this review before I purchased the pallets. I will let you know if I get something or not. Let’s see if anything I will be calling Pay Pal for my money

ordered on 6-9-21. on 6-16-21 said it was shipped. i ordered a pallet of things. paid 69.00 with shipping. but you can't track it even with the tracking number, it said tracking not available yet. we will see. i did speak to paypals and they told me to call them back if i don't recieve my order in the next few weeks.

Yo estoy en misma situación de lo que comentan, el unico consuelo es que los de Pay Pal se haran cargo del asunto y tramitaran mi reemboso, algo similar me sucedio con una mesa plegable, pasaron 50 dias y nunca llego el producto, pero ellos tramitaron la devolucion del dinero pagado.
