Opheliaella complaints Opheliaella fake or real Opheliaella legit or fraud | De Reviews

What is OpheLiaella.com?

It is an online shopping store but there are so many things you must know before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Ophe Liaella is categorized as one of the suspicious sites due to the following loopholes we found on its website:

Company Address:

It has mentioned on its Terms of Use details that its Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK but the detailed company's address has not been provided on its website. The company’s contact phone number is also missing on the website whereas such information shall always be provided by legit companies. So this site doesn't seem to be a trustworthy online store.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logos of Norton, etc. on its few Product details page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling items at a very unrealistic cheap price that seems too good to be true and most of the scam sites do so to attract people to their websites.

Copied Content:

Lots of the content as well as the website themes seem to be matching with multiple similar types of suspicious and problematic sites like JoanNebeard, EdenFanny, IdaHarry, ErinMark, LenHosea, LesterCook, DoraSandy, ElectricaLap, and so on.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy that is very unrealistic for the terms of return and exchange of items purchased. It further says that all the cost caused by the return shall be borne by the buyer. So, it is observed that these kinds of sites are not willing to refund back the amount.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

Sites similar to OpheLiaella have very poor customer support as well as delivery time as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that OpheLiaella is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

Fraud! Those criminals send a parcel and you get the tracking number. However, they send some cheap items in a "R" envelope, so your order shows as delivered. Sta clear of this bunch of criminals!

I recently ordered the flooring saw and it shipped from China and I was given the shipping number
    9274890277961001503934
But, when my package arrived in the United States' it was carried buy USPS and not UPS and when it arrived it was a USB cord about 4 inches long with the address p.o. box 6368 Rosemead , CA 91770 . After doing some research I found out that a lot of company's merchandise are going through this address under the same post office box and people are receiving all kinds of random things but not what they had ordered. This is a scam from either the company or someone affiliated with the post office, this has been going on for years so why hasn't it been investigated by authorities, if you get ahold of PayPal it shows that u received your package so no refund on their end. I can't say that this company is a scam but I do know my package does not say China on it , so is some middle man receiving our merchandise and exchanging it with off-of-the-wall stuff like the USB cord or seeds and etc. Either way, it all ends up coming from P.O. box 6368 Rosemead, CA 91770 U.S.A this makes twice for me, I ordered a weedeater that I didn't receive but got a hair brett instead, look up the address and see what others have received instead of what they ordered as well, I think it's time for an investigation from the FBI myself, we are being scammed somewhere and I will no longer be ordering from adds on Facebook.

  15. Is it possible that this website is now called “Ophelia Ella”? I’m having issues with that website. We purchased a generator for $35 dollars, which definitely seems unreasonable. The address is “www . opheliaella . com”

Yes, now they called it Ophelia Ella. It's the same website. So, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.

      Good Luck!

You will receive a package from 6368 Rosemead CA 91770 with something off the wall in it instead of your generator and it will be sent usps instead of ups if you haven't already , someone is ripping us off somewhere, my package didn't even say China on it but said that it shipped from China.
