Onesgos complaints Onesgos fake or real Onesgos legit or fraud | De Reviews

Onesgos is a fraudulent online store due to the following reasons:-

# Like lots of scam sites, the website Onesgos has also poorly designed which looks similar to lots of scam sites. For example, its website theme is very untidy; it has provided its parent company's name and address as "ORDERPLUS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, 7/F SPA CENTRE NO.53-55 LOCKHART ROAD WANCHAI HK" on its "Terms & Conditions" page which is a company responsible for running multiple problematic sites; it has copy-pasted lots of details from other websites; it is selling similar products that other scam sites are selling; it is offering a very cheap price for the listed products on its website; it hasn’t secured its website properly and has provided the fake trust seal logos.

# The trust seal logos of McAfee, Norton, VeriSign and so on provided by Onesgos on some of its product detail pages are fake because those trust seal logos are not clickable. However, the real trust seal logos should be clickable and should send us to the official verification webpage of respective trust seal providers to verify those trust seals when we click on them. All unclickable or unverifiable Norton logos are fake. All the sites with unclickable or unverifiable McAfee logos which can’t be found on the McAfee database are the ones providing the fake McAfee logos. On top of that, the VeriSign logo has not been used since 2012. The Norton Secured logo is the legitimate seal provided by the same company now, VeriSign no longer issues SSL certificates so there is no longer a valid VeriSign site seal. Only scam sites provide such fake trust seal logos which proves Onesgos is a scam.

# Since the Onesgos website is not secured properly, so if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

# You can find a bunch of scam online stores like Onesgos these days providing the fake trust seal logos such as SmallSunflower, GoldieBird, Heatine, HomewardsShop, Qaterel, SunflyShop, Crepre, IbiosStore, HelaiShop, Onhmo, JustFuzz, Thoplit, Tharasat, Yumiciti, TwinCareMall, InspireUplift, HomieholdShop, Luxxenvy, Hanbald, Freshiss, Discount78, HipeStore, Senjaaz, ChanceCraft, Sagithings, VenerateHome, ViralDealsOnline, Gobazzola, LoveJoyShop, Many.CattgShop, Buy.CattgShop, Big.TtgbyShop, Super.BboiupShop, Buy.VbngfShop, Many.MuyttShop, Sale.FyttuShop, Comforlius, Blinka, Witoye, EvokeFashionStore, FamilyGiftShop, TrendsCrew, Surysee, Sucglass, ParadiseFashionStore, SuperSmartTools, Novaher, Wishaper, Natchic, Neoher, SiguarMarket, Big.Popposshop, PrimeThirteen, BuyTtgbyshop, Aiipets, GetDoorShop, Zorionn, HotTopDeals, Donils, MyGiftChimp, QuickGearOnline, CartPrime, Jozeli, Giftts7, Buyily, FullKrateWorld, UWish5, UpUpDone, ExuberantBeauty, ZamaStuff, Amnreg, Enence, Manybel, DealHaven, VizuArts, Rbprb, JadeDance, Xiaomes, Notzt, Toyvoy, GimmeGimmeUs, HoneyCocoon, HighEntity and so on.

  1. They are a total scam. The advert shows a robot vacuum with mop function that have self cleaning. When the product was delivered, it was just a small toy which does not even have brushes and makes a lot of noise. There was not even a base and it weights less than 2kgs.
Message and they offer 15% refund in credits so I can buy something else from the site. This is complete fraud and even think that we can be cheated by them again!
If you want a refund, you will have to ship it back at your own cost and shipping it back COST MORE THAN THE PRODUCT itself!
This is a total cheat. Advert a nice product, sends you a useless toy and ask you to pay to return it at your own cost.
They go by a few names, ONESGOS, auroragoods etc. Be careful and stay clear.

    1. In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything. You should also go to the post office and get a copy of the information for the tracking number that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item which will definitely have less weight than the original item. (If you already have the weight and address details, then you no need to go the post office). Show these details to the bank or credit card company or PayPal. People who had provided this information to the bank or credit card company or PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of a bank or credit card company or PayPal.
      Good Luck!

  2. FRAUD AND FALSE ADVERTISING

I purchased a Robotic Vacuum Cleaner from Onesgos.com and paid for priority shipping.

I did receive an item (however a bit delayed); but the major issue is that the item I received is completely different and far 'inferior' item I originally purchased.

All I received was an apology for the inconvenience and there is not much point in processing a refund as the shipping cost is nearly as much as I paid for the item itself.

I would not recommend purchasing from this website.

  3. Don't buy anything from this site, they advertised a robotic vacuum and what turned up was nothing like what was shown in their advert. This is a scam site. I have repeatedly told them it is their responsibility to provide me with the item a advertised but am getting repeated answers telling me to return it at my cost. These people are thieves, be warned.

Onesgos is a total scam (3-15 business day for delivery) . The next day around 235pm they said they showed up and delivered our package no one was Home. We called and they said the package was delivered plus they took picture to confirm they were there and left the product. Witch is impossible because I live in the country (Vernon) small town everyone knows everyone, plus we have a security camera . No package was there when I arrived .I called just to see what has happen and where in my package that I order ($53.33) , they told us someone must of stolen our package ! Total Bs ! Do not trust this site . I don’t know how they got to our house so quickly and took pictures. I’m assuming they have people just to drive around to do this . Please be aware. Total scam
