I have a similar experience. Ordered two swimsuits in April and for a vacation in June. After my inquiry a month after placing my order they sent me some tracking information showing shipment the day after my email. Scamming strong in 2023. I didn't find this website until after I received my order. I started to get suspicious after it took longer to get my order than I expected. The "2023 New Casual Jumpsuit with Pockets" was an advertisement all over Pinterest. So I mistakenly trusted that since it was on Pinterest that it could be trusted (I just reported it for unacceptable business practice). The item is described as 95% cotton 5% spandex, comfy, cozy, and hangs loose. The knockoff I just received is so badly disproportionate for a human body and the tag says 95% polyester 5% spandex - WHO WOULD PAY MONEY FOR 95% POLYESTER?!? Egg on my face - I am truly disgusted.
I ordered from Omffiby two items. I thought I was purchasing from a US company it took them six days to tell me the order was coming via China. They are not upfront about delivery and conditions at all. They informed me my order would take 20 days to arrive and the bank won’t do anything until I receive the package. If I receive anything at all. I don’t know what the quality will be? Their ad was on Pinterest. So Pinterest are not checking on the companies they advertise.
Total scam. Their website says that if you receive the wrong item or are not completely satisfied that they will send you a prepaid return label and a return merchandise authorization form. When I received my items a month later, they were the wrong size and I wasn't happy with them. I contacted the email address that they provided and they said that they would substitute my items. I told them that not only were they the wrong size but I was not happy with them and I wanted a full refund and to be emailed the prepaid return label and RMA. After several emails back and forth they offered to let me keep the items that I didn't want and that they would refund me 50%. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I wish I had seen your page before I ordered. I will research my online purchases better in the future.
