What is Oftenhave.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling various products such as Jigsaw wooden puzzles, IFY Nail Polish Bottle Holder, Acrylic Nail Art Practice Stands, UV LED Nail Lamp, Tiffany blue 15-Piece Manicure Set, Chrysanthemum SOLAR GARDEN STAKE LED, Rooster Windmill Garden Decor, Star Shower Garden Art Light Decoration, Creative touch vase small night light, Amazing Bubble Ball, 3D Roller Body Massaging Shaper, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Oftenhave is categorized as one of the suspicious sites because of the following drawbacks:

Contact Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number of this online store are not given on its website whereas legit companies shall always provide such information on their websites. This makes it clear it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling items at unrealistic heavy discount prices which is too good to be true and only the problematic sites can afford to offer such discounts.

Copied content:

Lots of website content including its website design is similar with multiple scam sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which says that you are responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

From all the above mentioned facts, it is clear that Oftenhave is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

I purchased 2 figurines of the "three sisters" 4 months ago. I got tracking info and once it left the "Finland" and was supposedly on US soil, it sat in KY for 3 months saying "in transit within the United States". I've emailed them several times and put a claim in with PayPal. Today I went to check to see if my item had any movement and the tracking number no longer exists and I got a message that no order was found. I tried putting in my order number and email and again got no order exists.. so I tried signing into my account and it says my account has been disabled. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM OFTENHAVE. It's a total scam and they have my $69. I went to their website and they have another company name called Chantilly. Don't buy from either one. My only hope is PayPal will reimburse me. That's why I used PayPal in case it was a scam. I wish there was someplace on social media to write this . I saw the ad on FB and want to warn others

I received both my orders of Mushroom Head Air Cushion CC Cream in both 'Natural' and 'Brighten' - they came from Spain. I am disappointed in both products and asked for a refund. One of the containers that I put the sponge to caved in and made a terrible mess. I was not able to properly put the container back together.

Also, neither foundation gave me the look like the advertisements I saw, both colors do not match my skin tone at all, they are very thick cream which looks waxy, showing every wrinkle, and did not hide my blemishes.

So the email game begins when trying to get a refund. I wish I had the space in here to post it but pretty much it goes in circles: they send me a 'code' which my phone cannot read, I ask for their return address and I get the same picture of a code. They've asked me TWICE so far to send them pics of the product code, which I did, and they send me THE SAME PICTURE OF THE SAME CODE. So I had to email them AGAIN on instruction on how to return these. Update: they sent me the same picture of their 'code' for the 3rd time with no instructions. Such a scam!

I should have read reviews on the legitimacy of this website - it's unfortunate that it appeared as a Facebook ad making it tempting to purchase products. I ordered the succulent (agave) stained glass inserts and received awful plastic products. Even though the website description cited using stained glass "Tiffany" style and the product contents even mentioned "glass" there was nothing remotely close to this. I'm going through several rounds of dispute - probably with an automated robot - with no offer of refund. The statement is I received what was ordered. No acceptance of sub-par quality. This is total crap and these websites are just awful. If I don't receive a refund, my only hope is I alert a potential buyer to NOT do the same.
