SCAM! DO NOT USE! I ordered a DeWalt rolling tool box from them. I used Paypal for the added protection. Never received an email from them indicating shipment. My email to them was rejected by their server. Telephone number on my receipt went to a family voicemail that was full. Found another email, but they never responded. After 6 weeks I filed a dispute with Paypal. They provided a bogus UPS shipping number. The UPS website won't show details, but the UPS Tracking app does. The UPS app listed Amazon as the seller and the package weight was 4.8 lbs. Amazon doesn't accept Paypal. The tool box weight is 20+ lbs. How did they create this bogus shipping number in the UPS system?
I ordered an item using PayPal. never received it. filed a claim with PayPal. PayPal contacted them and they sent Paypal a copy of UPS tracking number and said the item was delivered .
Paypal then sent me that information. I check UPS tracking number and UPS show the item was delivered on September 13 at 12:30PM. Well, I checked my ring door bell history for that date /time and never seen any thing from UPS. PayPal denied my claim. I lost and so watch out as the scam is sophisticated.
Ordered a pressure cooker and never received an email confirmation. I emailed them. No response. Called the number listed and got a voicemail saying the mailbox is full. Checked my PayPal account and I was charged for the item. . I placed a complaint to Paypal. Any other suggestions?
I just paid for a 60" Ridged tool box. $94.50 with free shipping. I knew it was way too cheap, but maybe worth the try. I called 4 times on the number they showed. The call shows "Mailbox full." I have also emailed several times. Paypal just sent me a bill. I am not going to pay, then cancel this order. How can they keep showing this ad??
When I called their customer service they said it was the mason family and the mailbox was full

I noticed only PayPal is accepted. So you get charged by PayPal, seller get their money, then nothing comes. Then you contact PayPal for a Refund: PayPal will provide you a delivery date received/time/tracking no (Usually USPS) provided by seller. address shows only your City. When you go to USPS and type the tracking no: Something was delivered but to a DIFFERENT address in your town. You take that info to PayPal and PayPal refunds your payment. Wasted time, Agony, and not sure if PayPal were able to get their $$ back.
Red Flags on this company. The area code on their phone number is in Pennsylvania not Bartlet, Tn. The address is a residence as is the phone number they list. And how can you sell a 70 LB item for $84.62 with free shipping. The shipping alone would cost that. Avoid purchases from this company. The reported seller is Chinese.
Do people actually receive what they ordered
We have the authorities looking into them in Menomonee Falls, WI. They say they can track them thur the PayPal account recepent. Will keep you posted.

I found them and ordered the item through Microsoft Edge Shopping (be careful as it recommend any bargain price without checking if from a the legitimate site). I did not received the item. no one answer the phone listed on the site / no voice mail either. filled out question note online never got answer. Filed complaint with Paypal and still pending refund. Paypal somehow got a UPS shipping number from them and I checked UPS site and it is said delivered but just to the city i live and not to the address i live on.. how they do that?
I just got a rug from them and after I did it I waited for a tracking number. Nothing came. Started looking it up. I was ordering it thru Home Depot and their add popped up. I'm calling my cc.
