The company’s address and contact phone number has not been provided on the website. Such information shall always be provided by legit companies on their websites. So we cannot trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. "nordlily@chenrei.com" is not related to its domain name.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products on unrealistic discounted price that is too good to be true.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this online store has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content as well as website themes match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites like KohlsWear.

Likewise, it has mentioned the website domain names of some other websites rather than its own on its Refund Policy, etc. pages and at the bottom of its Checkout page i.e. Kohlswear.com Demandying.com but it has not provided any details about its link with those websites whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if any. So this must be a copy-paste blunder that mostly scam sites do.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Nordlily is one of the scam websites.

  1. Took 2 months to get my order. Clothes were cheaply made and the fit was terrible. Asked for a refund and they offered me a 40% refund and to keep the clothes. I said that's a rebate, not a refund since they're asking me to pay 60% for clothes when their website says they have a refund policy. They said the clothes were from China and returning them would not be worthwhile. Order at your own risk!! I will never order from a Facebook ad again!!

    When I went online to look at the dress I liked, they said it was made in Indiana. When I got the items they were all made in China. So much for buying US.

  3. Ordered four dresses. The ad had claimed they were made in the United States. When I received them yesterday, the packaging states they were made in China. Fabric is cheap, slick polyester, like a nightgown would be. Craftsmanship is shoddy.

    I did receive several emails from them asking if I had received my order, before I actually did. I responded last night that they had engaged in false advertising as far as the location of manufacture and the quality of their dresses. I received a quick response stating that the dresses are made in China and shipped to them. I was offered a 40% refund on the price of the dresses and could do whatever with them. They didn’t want them back because return shipping to China is too expensive. I guess I should feel fortunate but I still feel scammed and I don’t have a refund in hand yet.

    Ordered a month ago. Emailed over and over and only got 1 response. Yesterday finally got emailed that it was out for delivery. They put the wrong address on it and then marked it that if the address was wrong it had to be returned and could no way be delivered. The post office would not hand it to me. I have emailed them again informing them that I am reporting him to the credit bureau and other agencies. I’m also very many people know to social media not to order from them.

    I received my dress with
    in a few weeks, but the quality of the dress is very cheap and poor. Plus it runs on the small size. I would not recommend this website to anyone.

    Nordlily, Nordlily@chenrei .com I made 2 seperate orders On June 12-13. One order arrived on July 15, 2022, containing 3 dresses that did not fit. I have emailed them many times and I let them know that I wanted a full refund. They have tried to jew me down with a 40% refund and I keep the clothes and give them to someone else. I do not want the clothes and they refuse to provide me with the correct refund address so I cannot return them. This is a SCAM and I have reported it to my credit card company, and they have opened an investigation and I now will be reporting it to the FTC, AG, DOJ. Do NOT let these scammers get away with this!! One order I have never received up to this point and today is July 20, 2022.

    This is the response I received when I wanted to return the dress I ordered, following the information from their website.
    Hello.
    We are sorry that you are not completely satisfied with our products. But our warehouse is in ShenZhen China, sorry for the trouble but returning them is not a good idea and not worthy because international shipping is very expensive.
    You don't have to return the items.
    We can refund you 40%(less shipping fees) as compensation for not returning and you can give them to your family or friends or someone who can wear them.

    I ordered my three dresses in April. They FINALLY arrived yesterday, June 10th. I'm very happy with two. It's "funny" the Facebook site states made in Illinois. No address there. My dresses arrived in individual sacks labeled made in China. I have ordered from this company several times and have been happy with my clothing.

    Bought 5 dresses then saw really bad reviews about scamming so I sent them an email telling them if I did not receive my order promptly then I was contacting BBB and FTC. I received the dresses but very poor quality and run very small. There is no enclosed packing with instructions to return so we will see...

    I ordered from this company because it said made and shipped from Englewood IN. How wrong I was. I still have not received my dress. I will contact pay pal to try to get my money back. This is so sad and effects other legit companies online. I will not order again. USPS never received the order.

  12. I had a similar situation. However after I placed my order they offered me $50 off my next order if I sent them screenshots of a 4-5 star review. I have the email as proof. I wouldn’t order from them again even if it’s free. I doubt I’d get the $50. I would NOT recommend them at all.

    I ordered 3 dresses.It took a long time to get them but I love them and they fit my clothes body! Usually Chinese clothes run small.
    My problem is that I reordered the same 3 dresses thinking I must hand forgotten to order them early.
    Now I am having a hard time diurnal them.

    I ordered 3 dresses with a special offer to pay for only 2, but receive 3. I received them. The fit is not good for me, so requested to return all 3. Was told I can keep the dresses if I will provide a positive review. At this point, I attempted to follow instructions to create a positive review. The instructions were confusing so I became suspicious. Upon reading company on-line reviews, I decided to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. Another saga!!

      If you haven't received your items even in three months, then you should try to get back your money by contacting your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.

    Ordered a dress on 5/22/21. Received confirmation and confirmation number same date. Bank account charged but no dress, correspondence, etc. Can’t find phone number, chat line, etc. and now wondering if a scam. 7/31/21

    I ordered 3 dresses on may 25 - received the first 2 the end of june - poor quality material and craftmanship - have been trying to get my refund all I get is the runaround - have filed a dispute with my credit card company - still havent gotten the 3rd dress

    Sent for several items on Nordlily. They arrived in about 1 month, tru to size and fabric was very nice (actually no wrinkles when I opened package). So other then the long delivery, I have no complaints and would order again

        You may eventually get them but you will not be happy with the product. I ordered 3 dresses, after almost 3 months I finally got them. They are nothing like the photos. Made in China, no inside labels about fabric, or care. 2 look like night gowns and the third one has a neck opening that will not go over my head, no buttons or zipper. Just a small round hole! Also ordered 3 tops at the same time but have not received them yet. When I asked about returning them they said no it was too costly since it was from China. Credited 11.00 to my credit card.
