Nine Outlets, which is claiming to sell Pants and Leggings for women, might be a fraudulent online store due to the following reasons:-
# Although NineOutlets has provided its company’s address from China (No.50 Chacheng Street, Simao District, Puer City, Yunan Province, 665099), however, on its “Terms of Use” page, it has mentioned its terms of service shall be governed by the laws of the Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Well, why any company from China will be governed by the laws of the USA? So, this proves that NineOutlets is lying about its real company’s address or it has copy-pasted its Terms of Use from other sites. Both ways, it is definitely not a good sign. However, every legit online store will provide the real contact information including the phone number, return-shipping address and so on, only scam online store doesn’t care to provide the real contact information.
# NineOutlets has also misspelled its company's address. It has written Yunan Province, but the correct spelling is Yunnan Province. It has provided this address on multiple places of its website. However, how can even it doesn't check the spelling of its company's address? On top of that, will you misspell your home's address or company's address? It's a very weird thing which doesn't happen with legit sites.
# Like lots of scam sites, the website NineOutlets has also poorly designed which looks similar to lots of scam sites. For example, its website theme is very untidy, it hasn’t secured its website properly, it has copy-pasted lots of details from other websites and so on. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information can be stolen.
# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items.
# Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Total Scam....placed a order with them, got no reply, no tracking number, nothing...
Contacted PayPal and next day I get a Tracking Number, follow the Tracking Number and Order for 17 days, It ends up getting delivered somewhere in Georgia, I live in Colorado.
Contact PayPal again, They said Invalid Tracking Number and they also see the wrong delivery address. Got a refund right there on the spot, back in my Account in minutes !
PayPal said they have received other complaints and Nineoutlets.com is under investigation.
I ordered an item,PayPal and got a tracking number that said item was delivered to Brooklyn, New York to a p.o. box. I have never even lived in the state of New York. I am in El Paso, Tx. I emailed the company email on webpage several times,no reply and am trying to get my money back from PayPal. This company is a total scam
Google Shopping advertised a Roav dashcam for sale. After paying for it, Nineoutlets stated it was shipping from China! Now I've purchased from Ebay China sellers but had a leery feeling. Right after payment, called Paypal asking if the seller was legit. Rep. assured me since they sell through Paypal my purchase was safe. Well, last week I received a track# from Orange Group Int'l Inc. Then a delivery notice that the parcel was delivered to a city close by. Called USPS. Rep. said Orange gave me a bogus track#. Called Paypal and informed them of nondelivery after filing a dispute. And emailed Orange of the situation. (no phone number) Paypal says they have to discuss this with Orange and they have 10 days to make their decision on the matter. Since I paid with a Paypal Debit card, if they don't reimburse me, I won't pay back the charge. Meaning I expect nondelivery of the dashcam.
