What is NiaNico.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling clothing and fashion products like tankinis, bikinis, one piece, cover ups, swim bottoms, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have listed Nia Nico as a problematic site because of the following reasons:

Contact Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number has not been provided on the website. Such information shall always be provided by legit companies on their websites. So we cannot trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is providing unrealistic discounts that is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Furthermore, a lot of content as well as the website theme matches with the other similar type of suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Refund Policy which says that the return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Based on all the above facts, we have come up with the conclusion that NiaNico is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

Nia Nico definitely has stolen content on their website -- showing swimsuits (exact photos) from companies such as Garnet Hill and Albion Fit -- designs that are exclusive to those companies. Nevertheless, I purchased two suits (not those of either GH or AF) thinking I was getting a great deal. The shipping took about a month -- I never received any kind of tracking info from the company, but when I sent an inquiry they were quick to respond which made me feel a bit more comfortable. Once the suits arrived and I tried them on, I immediately decided to return -- the quality was "okay" (given the price) but the fit was not great on me and the bra cups (on both suits) just kind of swam around in a bit open pocket -- nothing to keep them in place. This was the first time I read the return policy. As mentioned, there is no address/phone/chat to reach the company -- you must email them to obtain a return authorization (and return the items at your own expense) within 15-days of receipt. I sent an email right away and waited... no response. This seemed suspicious as they were quick to respond to my shipping inquiry. I emailed again and again, every day, as I watched my return window tick down. I never did receive a response from the company. They bank on never allowing a return by ignoring the customer once the item has shipped. Most definitely a scam and I would encourage everyone to be very careful shopping unfamiliar companies online -- they seem to pop up everywhere these days and there is no way to know who you're really dealing with.
BTW, after they repeatedly ignored my requests for a return authorization I decided to put a review on their website. As you can imagine that review never got posted to their site -- another red flag... beware of companies that ONLY post 5-star glowing reviews.
