BESTBUY/newtaipeiqueen.com web site uses sylvestrepoisson2654@gmail.com as BESTBUY (no company info on web site) customer service contact. In spite of its name, the USPS tracking indicates that the origin of the package is Wuhan, China. They also use m16530733527_1@163.com to communicate by email with me. Found posting on facebook, and bought a laptop on 3/15/21 (China date is 3/16/21). My account with them hasn't been updated since 3/16/21; in spite of them informing me of a tracking number for the shipment supposedly sent to me. USPS tracking service has package going back and forth between AL and MS, some stops multiple times - hasn't arrived at destination yet. USPS also informs me that though the tracking number is associated with my name in their system, that the package doesn't have my name or address associated with the tracking number - so, I'd never receive the package, someone else should/might. When queried about issue, BESTBUY says they need to check with USPS to find out what the problem is, that I should wait for resolution. Unfolding events seems to indicate more than just Suspicious/Unsafe/Doubtful - seems to qualify as full blown SCAM.
sylvestrepoisson2654@gmail.com is the contact email for ANOTHER scam site: schengenspace.com. The gmail address has purportedly been disconnected. PayPal has guaranteed refund of my loss but has received NO response from schengenspace.com .
