What is MyStarDay.com?

It is an online fashion shopping store that sells jumpsuits, tops, bottoms, dresses, bikinis, and so on. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

MyStarDay / StarDay is categorized as one of the suspicious because of the following drawbacks:

Company Address:

It has mentioned on its Terms and Conditions details that its TERMS AND CONDITIONS and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK but its detailed company’s address and contact phone number are missing on its website whereas legit companies always provide such information on their websites. So it is clear that this site is trying to hide the information, hence we shall not trust such a company for our online shopping.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content as well as website themes match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Its domain name i.e. MyStarDay.com and website name i.e. StarDay are different but legit companies never put such different names.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is offering unreasonable discounts and sales offers on the price of lots of products it sells which seems unrealistic. Hence most of the scam sites do so to attract people in their website.

Returns and Exchange:

Its Refund Policy is found to be unrealistic for the return and exchange of items purchased from it.  It may held you responsible to pay for the shipping costs for returning your item. So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

Sites similar to this online store have very poor customer support as well as delivery time as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Based on all the above mentioned facts, it is concluded that MyStarDay is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

I ordered a beautiful black velvet coat with wide lapels and braiding over two months ago and all I have received is two e-mails with excuses still in processing or it is a very popular item , now you cannot get on the the site. This has upset me because my husband gave me the money for an early 64th birthday present , I cannot tell him what has happened as he is now out of work and would be very upset because he cannot replace what he gave me. I wish I had seen these comments before

  3. I bought a velvet coat from Mystarday in January. I have yet to receive it. I have sent emails and they say that it has been posted. After reading the reviews, I doubt that I will ever see it.

I turned them into the Federal Trade Commission for same. Sent me a cheap thin polyester pile of junk instead of the super-cool looking velvet coat. Company wanted me to send it back at my expense ($30). I don't think so. They made the error, the cost is on them. Ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company and received a credit and what do you know, the website is now "closed". Hmmm. Might want to do the same if you have not already.

They are now calling themselves Sunbow. I ordered a couple of items back in January which have yet to ship. Hopefully I can still cancel the order.

Total scam website. I ordered 4 items for 146 US dollars. Eventually I recieved one cheap polyester item or no value. Not what I ordered. No idea where the other items are. The seller stoped responding to my emails. I have opened a PayPal dispute. Do NOT buy from them, it is a scam.

Yes, they are definately scammers. Ordered a velvet item, received something unwearable. Similar to if you ordered an oil painting and received a black & white photocopy facsimile. Utter waste of money. Have reported to Paypal and disputing transaction.

I purchased a "women's velvet coat" and got a cheap see-through piece of junk made of polyester. they offer a refund if I pay the $27 in shipping back to China for their mistake. I have filed a complaint with PayPal, my bank, and with the Federal Trade Commission to have them cease doing business in the USA due to poor integrity. I would NOT BUY FROM THEM. YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED and will get a nightmare headache instead.

Mystarday is a scam company. Clothes look NOTHING like the picture. I was in total disbelief at what was delivered. A flimsy raggy looking housecoat ......where picture showed long thick velvet coat with embroidery. They also switch their website name. Do not order from them, you will be ripped off.
