I ordered the scooter in October and never received it!!
I orderd 2 computers from moskalas .com on october 29 2021 . i was given a canada post trackng number, Canada post just notified JAN 07 2022 my package with that tr irsacking number was set to a post office site 500 miles away from me , I m sure now this site is a scam. This was my time ordering line THEY FOOLED THIS OLD MAN. NEVER AGAIN WILL i ORDER ON LINE
I also fell for this site for the scooter! I even had my husband order 2 scooters. It was late did not think it through. The next day in under 12 hours the fraud department of the bank called about numerous charges coming in on the cards used. They canceled the cards and reversed any changes.
I reported the site to the FBI reporting website. We were not sure if the site was hacked or was the culprit. The site creators are the culprits in the stealing of card information and selling of it. My supposed scooter was delivered to an address in San Jose, CA. My husband’s order never left China. All bogus. On top of it the transaction for the scooter was listed as “Bathrmsets “ . I just pray to not fall for anything like this again!
I ordered a blue Transformer 4-wheel Mobility Scooter for $89.00 in November, and didn't receive a confirmation email. When I checked back for information I could not reach anyone and my message was not replied to. By this time the charge to my debit card had already been make, and I was out the $89.00.
I ordered 2 scooters watched tracking number went to new york then to atlanta then honolulu and ended up in hilo hawaii there they said it was delivered to a post office box end of tracking
I ordered the Climbing Santa Oct 2021. The add even had endorsements from major tv companies, Forbes, etc. They sent me an email saying that my order had been processed...... never received. I have received no further communication. THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I ordered the scooters on October 26, 2021 and received a confirmation email that my order was shipped. To date nothing has been received and the credit card used had to be cancelled because of fraudulent charges that were attempted. I am in the process of filing fraud charges with my credit card company.
Ordered the scooter for my wife who is disabled. Was given a tracking number but found out it coudnt be used. $89 taken by a company whom now I have found out are scammers.
How these people get away with this type of fraud is disgusting.
Moskalas.com was a featured Ad on Edge/Bing Homepage. Obviously you would believe that the retail co. was all legit, especially listed on Edge/Bing?
Microsoft Edge Bing should be held responsible for any losses associated with their advertises and their Ads?
Nov. 22 I ordered 1 pallet says it was delivered to Alberta
also ordered 1 Santa says it was delivered to Ontario
Problem is I live in Quebec and never receive anything.
Dec 1 I complained they say I will be refunded 5 to 8 days which should be be Dec. 10th.

Moskalas.com is a scam, they are frauds and thieves. I ordered 2 of the scooters, on October 28, 2021, one for home and one for another residence, in North Carolina, I would be visiting during the holidays. It was far too expensive to ship my wheel chair. 6 days later I had a suspicious purchase on my card for $1600 for a phone. I had to cancel my card. It seems they could block that purchase but not the previous one. I clicked on the ad next to my solitaire game, who knew microsoft would be advertising this kind of company or allowing them to use their web site. At first I was furious for being duped, then I decided to find out what could be done. Absolutely nothing!

Waited for my email confirmation which never came. Contacting VISA ASAP
I ordered the scooter for $89.00 and got a email that the order was recieved.The next day I got a email that it was being shipped with a tracking #. Two days later Ichecked the tracking # to find out that the # was not real. Called credit card to report FRAUD. Now credit card company is trying to track them down. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!
I ordered a scooter for my sister Oct 25th & received a text along with an email. I too requested an update on the status of this scooter & nothing. This is a total Scam.
I had gotten an email letting me know that the item was shipped. …. But that was over a month ago. I emailed them a screen shot of the order confirmation over a month ago but have not gotten any response. I actually emailed them several times but got no response from any of them.
Moskalas.com is a SCAM..... I ordered the NEW Inspiron laptop computer advertised on the website for $99.00 on 10/26/21 and paid using my Visa credit card. A charge by ETHAN JOHN was posted to my account on 10/27/21. I canceled my VISA credit card immediately. I received an email from a "Do Not Reply" email address stating my Moskalas,com order had been received and supplied me with a tracking number. The item associated with the PHONY tracking number was shipped from China and delivered on November 8, 2021 to an address in North Carolina..... quite a distance from my Texas address. I contacted my local post office and they verified "Something" was delivered to the North Carolina address. I have filed a SCAM report with the USPS inspector and they are investigating it. I also reported it to my VISA credit card and they are reviewing my complaint. I have sent several emails to Moskalas,com but have not received a reply.
MY CONCLUSION: "If the offer is to good to be true....then buyer beware"
