MonmonLand.com is a fraudulent website due to the following reasons:-

# The trust seal logo of Norton that MonmonLand has provided on its product detail pages is not clickable. However, the real trust seal logo should be clickable so that we can click on that which will send us to the official website of Norton to verify that trust seal. So, it is clear that “Monmon Land” is providing the fake trust seal logo, not the real one. This is a big warning bell as none of the legit sites will try to trick people by showing them fake trust seal logos.

# Although MonmonLand.com provides the option to purchase the items using the credit card, it hasn’t provided the required security measures to secure the credit card information and has tried to trick people by showing the fake trust seal logos. So if you shop at this site, your credit card information can be stolen.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some of these kinds of online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

I ordered and received my product but it is total rubbish. I emailed them to complain and they did reply asking for evidence but since I sent this back to them and have followed up with 3 more emails, they haven't replied!!

  2. I too ordered items back on January 4, 2019. As of today (March 25, 2019) I have not received my items. I have e-mailed several times and demanded my money back. I received excuses about high demand and the Chinese New Year. DO NOT order anything from this company. I unfortunately am one on the ones who has been scammed. I will try to contact my credit card company ASAP.

Don’t expect to get any products from Monmonland because Monmonland is a scam. Instead, contact your bank or credit card company to ask them to help you for a refund as well as tell them to cancel your credit card and give the new one because these kinds of scammers even will charge your credit card further randomly without your consent as long as they have your credit card details.

We can't do anything to shut down these fraudsters, however, we can save ourselves from these scams. So, we suggest you contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. Also, tell them to cancel your credit card and get the new one since these kinds of scam sites can charge your credit card randomly without your consent as long as they have your credit card information.

I have contacted paypal who is now looking into this and hopefully I will receive my money back soon. I am also going to post something on my facebook page warning everyone. Good luck everyone. You did well by contacting PayPal. Now open a dispute through PayPal. If you want to warn people about it by posting on Facebook, then you can share this review on your Facebook timeline.

  5. I just bought some items from MonmonLand. They arrived alright but defective. I am still trying to get a replacement or refund and that was 2 months ago! Their customer service response is pathetic. Do not buy anything from them. The danger is they can easily change their name and do the same thing.

Sorry to hear that. It's better you contact your bank or credit card company to change your credit card since these kinds of scam sites can charge your credit card randomly without your consent as long as they have your credit card information. Sometimes a bank or credit card company also can help you for a refund.

If you have already purchased from MonmonLand, then we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company. Maybe they can help you with a refund. If they are unable to help you for a refund, at least tell them to cancel your credit card and get the new one since these kinds of scammers can also charge your credit card further without your consent as long as they have your credit card details. If you have paid from PayPal, then we suggest you open a dispute through PayPal as well as change your PayPal’s password.
