It has a Refund Policy which says that you are responsible for any return shipping charges. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Anthony I ordered a pair of shoes from this and it didn't give me any information about my order. It wouldn't let me print the order conformation, no tracking number or anything. As soon as i clicked on summit I wasn't able to do anything else. the price of the shoes was taken from my account and I am trying to reach the company to return my money.
Just got scammed found on bank statement. Never purchased anything from them stay away
I ordered a pair of sandals. They arrive four weeks later. I HATE them!! They look cheap, not what I saw on line and no way to return them and get a refund. No proof of invoice sent to my email. Nothing. Just a credit card charge!! So sad!!!
i ordered two pairs of shoes. I ordered size 7 in black and red. They were 50% off plus additional 15% for ordering more than one pair. I get the shoes about three or four weeks later. They were size 8 in black and pink NOT red. They are too big and i can't see where we return the shoes. There is no information in the package. This experience makes me not want to order from companies that i don't know.
Never deal with this company! I ordered 3 sets of 5 bionic fishing lures and never received them. All I get is a run-a-round that smells of a scam! Good luck dealing with these jerks!
