I too ordered early December for Christmas and I have not received them it is March now. When I contact them they said it was delivered, I have checked my video cameras and they are lieing. I have made several attempts to get a refund and keep being told they are going to resend the order, again its March and still nothing! Very Very Disappointed!!
Awful Company, if it even is!! Ordered in early December, said they were delivered in early Feb...delivered where?? I have no clue, wasn't to me!! I've messaged them several times, they said they would look into it. Haven't heard anything now in weeks..?
I ordered for Christmas and it's February.
I received an email that claims my order was delivered to an incorect address thlat had an extra diget in the number. When I tried to correct it via email they sent another email saying my order was delivered to Newport. I live in Chicago.

Ordered a jigsaw as a Christmas present in mid December, never arrived. After being fobbed off for weeks and given contrary information - basically they just lied, I eventually turned to PayPal for recompense. Rather disappointingly and totally unexpectedly they sided with the seller so don't expect any protection there!

I ordered a puzzle for 30.00 on December 2nd 2022 and it is now February 3rd 2023 still have not seen a puzzle yet, so I guess it's not looking good for a puzzle or refund but I'm going to try

I ordered a puzzle mid December and it is mid January and still not received it and they say it was delivered. I have gone back and forth with emails. The tracking number is not real. USPS confirmed that it is not a good tracking number. Will try to get my money back now,

I ordered 4 puzzles in November and received a tracking number. It says my order was delivered to New York (I live in Illinois). I have emailed them, but the email has not gone through due to a delay, but gmail says they will keep trying for 48 more hours.
Do not order from this company. I ordered a puzzle from them and their tracker claims it was delivered interstate. 800km (500 miles) away. And I have read plenty of other reports from other people with exactly the same experience. The people at Milopuzzle claim to have looked into it and that I should check with my post office, but they do not mention anything about the delivery interstate. All they do is provide me with a tracker page at 17track.net, which it turns out is a fake tracking site to service scam deliveries.
I recently bought 2 puzzles from this shop. They took a couple of weeks to arrive but all was fine with the order and they were well received my my mother (whom I gifted the puzzles to)
DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. Received this puzzle with multiple broken pieces. I contacted the company and they would not send me another one and only offered me five dollars as a refund after paying over $25. Terrible. They sell defective products and don’t want to take responsibility for their error. BUYER BEWARE
I ordered 6 puzzles totaling 64.55 on June8 and it is now July 13 Have tried to get in contact but have been unable. I am giving them 3 more days and then am canceling. Not very happy with this situation. I was a business owner and these are not reliable.
Back in Sept. 2021, I picked out puzzles, I didn't have the money at the time. So I left them in my cart. Now I get e-mails from them every day, stating stuff still in cart. They are not smart enough to empty cart, and won't let me. This has been since SEPT OF 2021.
SO I WOULD SAY " BUYER BEWARE ONCE THEY GET YOUR E-MAIL ACCOUNT, THEY WON'T LET YOU ALONE.
DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP. This cheap company has different faces. I ordered 13 large puzzles and ended up getting 9 wrong puzzles. They send whatever the designs they have and most of them in smaller in sizes than I order. And company doesn’t not even bother to correct their mistake. SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY .
Very VERY bad!! Do not touch these people with a barge pole! Very poor quality product which is a complete rip off of the item seen in the advertising. Puzzle sent in a small bag with a tiny 5cm square VERY blurry image thet is supposed to be the reference to complete the puzzle. I asked for a refund for my purchase of over $30 and was offered a $3 coupon against me next purchase. Disgusting, just cant figure how how best to warn other shoppers!
Don’t use this company. In a moment of panic I thought these puzzles would be ideal Christmas presents for all the family and cheaper than Amazon. How wrong I was. I ordered 25 large puzzles. They arrived 17 days later, having paid for 3-5 days, badly packed, some pieces broken, none of the puzzles sealed, and no idea if the are actually large or not, and a minute 5cm picture to work from. Also tiny pieces so unsuitable for children. Not at all as advertised. Found them on Facebook so stupidly thought they would be ok. They won’t refund and keep giving excuses. I wish I’d checked the site reviews first. Now I have no presents and no money. Avoid them!
Do not order from this company. I ordered three large puzzles and all three were the wrong product. They sent me 2 small puzzles when I ordered three large and they were not what I asked for and the third puzzle was also a puzzle I did not request. They offered me an $8.00 refund when I spent over $30.00 on their products. Any refund or offer to rectify exchange if not offered. I am not the first person to make this complaint.
