I ordered in Jan 2020, it’s now August. I’ve sent over 15 emails, some with very critic responses with bogus tracking numbers or blaming it on the USPS. The company is a total scam and I lost close to 90.00 dollars. I would like to pursue legal action, just for the point, but don’t even know where to begin!
Absolutely horrible company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I returned my items and paid $44.00 to do it. Items have been held in customs since March 12th waiting for Melogal to declare delivery. They will not answer emails...
Their way of getting out of refunding for poor quality, dysfunctional items.
I can’t get a full refund for terrible dresses that are made of awful material which is so thin and see through. One is enormous for the size I ordered and the other is very small.
The package was mailed to me from a mans name in New York.
The Company indicated they will take them back if I mail them to China. Or they are offering a partial refund and 30 percent discount on another purchase. I wouldn’t ever ever make this mistake again!
Why would I purchase from them again with all the trouble they have given me. I’m sick and can’t go out and shop and hoped I could trust them. I replied I wanted a full refund and would return it to where it came from in New York.
What a terrible Company! They will not respond and I’ll go through other methods to get my money back. This really is disgusting!
Horrible quality and customer service! They don’t honor their return policy. The jeans I ordered have two ripped seams ans a hole and they won’t return them. They returned one email and now they won’t return anymore. Very dishonest people

ABSOLUTELY horrible!! Cheap, flimsy and horrible material. NOTHING like the website pictures. They wanted me to pay for return shipping to CHINA...60.00-100.00...uggh!! Do not buy from Melogal!!
$45.00 down the drain!! Jacket received was a cheap very different jacket than the one ordered. Paid with PayPal and cannot receive a refund. Communicated with Melogal to no avail. Huge scam website!
Wow where to start. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans at 39 dollars each, read the reviews and figurged it might be ok. 2 days later I canceled the order by email to customer service/ support. No response..emailed again to cancel since I had gotten no shipping info. Next day got info saying my purchase had shipped. Received within 2 weeks and they were crap. Cheaply made, inferior material and didn't fit even using their sizing gguide and looked nothing like picture. Contacted customer service/support same day. Told them I wanted to return and a full refund. Reread their return policy. It states a refund will come within 2 days. No where does it state that returns have to go to China. I contacted both the post office and an international shipping expert..was told by both it would cost over 100 dollars to ship 2 pairs of jeans (2 lbs) and no guarantee they would get there within 30 days because of customs. So an impossible return. I ended mailing them back to the US address it showed on my package. I have gotten my bank involved and filed a disputed transaction..still a big hassle to get my 86 dollars back if I do. Cost 19 dollars to mail. The support/ customer service quit responding when I pointed out that they had said in a comment they ship from a US warehouse..total scam site.

Merchnadise doens't look at all like the photos-is cheap and flimsy and beyond THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN ITEMS. no PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE-

Ordered two pairs of jeans and they are NOT like what was advertised! They are a very cheap quality and look different than the photos plus it sounds like it is going to be a pain to try and return them for a full refund. They want me to pay return shipping yet I have no idea where that is (foreign country I’m sure). Delivery took a while and their response to my emails about returning have taken weeks as well. I’ve come to the conclusion THIS IS A BOGUS COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER from them.
DO NOT ORDER FROM MELOGAL!!!!!! I ordered 2 pairs of jeans and a jacket. Let me start by saying it took over a month to get 2 of the items. I still don't have the 3rd. The articles look nothing like the pictures on website. Quality is TRASH! I basically got completely scammed. This is a fraudulent company. I could have sewn my own items better. I will never order from this company or any other like it. So they basically got to send me garbage and got 100$.
