It was a piece of mesh with four plastic hooks that would never hold a pet or child. I asked for a refund and they kept trying to make offers of a partial refund. This makes me so mad!!! I will probably never get my money back.
In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything. You should also get a copy of the information for the tracking number from a post office that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item which will definitely have less weight than the original item. Show these details to the bank or credit card company or PayPal. People who had provided this information to the bank or credit card company or PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of a bank or credit card company or PayPal.

This company are nothing but scammers selling products that are nothing like what they advertise!!! We got junk. The sticky hooks ripped the pain off our walls and the mess net won’t even stand straight. It’s a terrible product. They are scammers! I emailed them told them I wanted a refund they emailed me back saying I could only have a 20% refund! Are you kidding me!!! So much for 100% satisfaction guarantee!!! I emailed them back saying I want my full refund and they emailed me back saying their best offer is 40% refund. If I want a full refund I have to pay for the shipping to return and it could take up to month and they won’t issue a refund until they receive the product!!! I’m contacting the BBB. They are scammers. Horrible company. Please please don’t buy products from them!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS OUT FOR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. THEY TRADE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU JUNK!!!! ???
