What is Masteraq.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling various products such as HP – ENVY Photo 7855 Wireless All-In-One Instant Ink Ready Printer – Black, Fujifilm Instax Mini 9, Waterpik – Ultra Water Flosser, HP – Sprocket 2nd Edition Instant Photo Printer, Canon PIXMA TR8520 Wireless Home Office All-In-One Printer with Scanner, Copier and Fax, Canon – IVY Mini Photo Printer, Ultimate Ears – WONDERBOOM Portable Bluetooth Speaker, Bose® – Soundlink® Color Portable Bluetooth® Speaker II, Ultimate Ears – WONDERBOOM Portable Bluetooth Speaker, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Masteraq is classified as one of the fraudulent sites because of the following reasons:

Companiy Address:

Its company’s address is provided on its Contact Us page and bottom of its website as 1970 Red Lion Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19115, USA. However, there is no business with the name Masteraq that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps, instead there are other businesses mentioned there. And this address is also found to be used by other similar kinds of scam sites such as Maureend.

On its Policy pages, it has provided another address as "6162 SE Eastbrook Dr,Milwaukie,OR 97222". But as per Realtor.com, there is a residential house. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

1970 Red Lion Rd Philadelphia PA 19115 USA

Security of the website:

It has provided fake trust seal logos of McAfee, Norton, etc. at the bottom of its website. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling items at unrealistic cheap prices which is too good to be true.

Copied content:

Lots of details on its website including the website theme match with multiple scam sites like Maureend, DesroChersfl, etc.

Likewise it has mentioned the website domain name of another website rather than its own on its Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, etc. pages i.e. Manatarget.com but it has not provided any details about its link with that website whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if any. This makes it clear that it has copy-pasted its Privacy Policy from Manatarget website. You should know Manatarget is a scam site which makes it also a scam site since it must be a site operating by the same owner who was operating Manatarget website. Otherwise, none of the legit sites will copy-paste website details from scam sites.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, it is concluded that Masteraq is one of the scam websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

I purchased a 26“ wall air conditioner sleeve from MasterAQ on July 9, 2021, using a credit card. Later that day I changed my mind about this AC project I was on, and tried to cancel the order. Although I received a confirmation email, my attempts to call their “24/7” customer service line “ was to a number that was out of service. My emails through the email contact link were rejected. I did google the “Red Lion” address in Philadelphia, only to find it was a retail pharmacy. I had no choice but to cancel my credit card and order a new one. Felt pretty idiotic. But it was the first time in some 25 years or so I had ever so hastily made such a purchase with my credit card, which, in the end, I was convinced was a phishing scam. The product was advertised as $89 on Amazon, and only $44 on MasterAQ. Lesson learned. Fortunately, I had the notion to cancel when I did. No fraudulent activity in the 2 hours between the purchase and changing my mind.
