Majexy is suspected to be a problematic site because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

It has provided its company's address "Am Rainbach 2, 6340 Baar, Switzerland " on its Contact Us page but on Google Maps, there is no any business with the name Majexy that has been mentioned on or around this address, instead there are other businesses mentioned there such as aVision Solutions (write "a" in small letter in the same way) and Stragart GmbH. The contact phone number is also missing on its website. This makes it clear it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address "support@ripebike.com" is not related to its domain name.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling items at an unrealistic cheap prices which is too good to be true and problematic sites can afford to offer such offers.

Copied content:

Lots of content as well as website themes match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Returns Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

This group is a scam. They sell you something they have no intention of delivering and will keep your money. I lost $159.00 to them even though I disputed it through Paypal. They won because they showed a delivery confirmation link but if you look at the weight it was 12.7 lbs. and the hot tub weighs 295 lbs. so since delivery was supposedly made I lose. They (Majexy) even sent me a order canncelled email while the investigation was going on. But, I still lose.

I buy nearly 300 dollars of things from them in April of 2021, it is now July of 2021. I never received a tracking number and the email they gave all my emails was returned due fail delivered. Now I’m trying to find out of a way to get my money back don’t think I ever will but all of us work to hard for our money to have thieves take away our dreams of having a good life.

You can try to get back your money by contacting your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.

    2. My sister is going through the same thing. She bought one back in May and still never received anything. She has tried emailing them and it bounces back. I told her it sounded like a scam but she did it anyway.

Made an order on April 26 2021 they took money no product delivered!!! I send email and the email will not go through. I will be contacting my bank. I even called PayPal since that is the number that is shown on my banking with the withdrawal of funds. People who scam people are just horrible! Karma will catch up with them one day!!!

I feel strongly Majexy is a scam website. The overwhelming amount of deleted comments under their reviews tells me they only allow positive comments to be posted. I simply said,"is this a scam?", and within moments it was removed and I was blocked from further comments. I feel a trustworthy company would at least try to win your trust and defend themselves, or at the very least, completely ignore the comment altogether. The speed at which they remove negative comments only furthers my skepticism.
