I was told no tracking number also and was very suspicious of this company. I thought I'd lost my money. However my shoes finally arrived today exactly as they were pictured and fitted perfectly. I was shocked! The shoes are great!!
Yes I was scammed by lovInStyle.com too they took my money and in emails when asking for a tracking number they said I would get one from the post office as they have been behind in the busy season etc. long story short..have not got my parcel , had to cancel bank card and they will NOT give me any other contact details other than their email which they barely reply from. Do NOT buy from them.
Lovinstyle is a scam company. I have ? waiting 5 months already for a pair of shoes and when I email the customer service, they keep telling me that because of covid my package is most likely stuck at post office. They won't provide a tracking number and says the post office must be so backed up and forgot to provide me with a tracking number...I know it's not up to the post office to contact customers with a tracking number. I highly suggest not purchasing anything from this company. It is a huge scam.
