I purchased a doll from this site. It was $59. The picture and description looked good.
I received the doll today. Was I taken!!!! The doll is worth about $10. It did not come as shown. Cheap Cheap Cheap. Steer clear of this place!!!!!!!
I purchased two Waldorf dolls from louciano.com for my nieces for Christmas. They did not provide a tracking number and the dolls did not arrive until February, too late for the holidays. Despite sending several emails about the tracking number I received no response. When the dolls arrived they came smashed in one envelope. They were not the dolls I ordered. They were of very poor quality. They were not wearing the clothes in the photos, nor was their hair or faces the same. In fact, one of the dolls was bald on the sides of her head and the hair she did have was thin and came off her head when I touched it. I have contacted louciano.com several times for their return and refund information. There has been no reply. I spent $40 per doll which would have been a bargain had they been Waldorf dolls. Instead, I received dolls that aren't even worth $5. I paid using Paypal and they are working with me on a dispute to get my money back. I don't know if that will work. I wish I could post comparison photos. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF.
I ordered from a advert on Facebook, closing down sale, well it arrived today,what an absolute joke, try to complain but nobody answers emails, so annoyed I can’t afford to lose money just like that. The doll looks nothing like the photos half the size and items missing ???? this should not be allowed to happen or advertise on Facebook
