Logmodels might be a fraudulent online store due to the following reasons:-

# Logmodels hasn't provided its company's address or contact phone number. However, every legit online store will provide detailed contact information, only scam online stores don’t care to provide the real contact information.

# Like lots of scam sites, the website Logmodels has also poorly designed which looks similar to lots of scam sites. For example; its website theme is very untidy; it is selling lots of items at a heavy discount rate; it has copy-pasted lots of details from other websites; it hasn’t secured its website properly and so on. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information can be stolen.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items.

# Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

  1. I ordered one back in late November 2019. It arrived in customs on Dec 27, 2019 and is still there. After 45+ days of waiting, I am now told by USPS that I have to go back to the vendor to get it released. After reading this, I actually hope someone stole the dang thing.

  2. I was also scammed by this store with their sweeping and mopping robot vacuum. They were fast to take my money but slow in service. It has been a month and a half and I hadn't recurved it. I email and they apologize and said they would have one in the mail. I finally received it, it didn't sweep or mop. I charged it and turned it on. It was louder than my Harley. I contacted the company again and told them it was not what I ordered. They said take pictures to prove it was wrong. I have them pictures plus a video on how much of a piece a junk it was. There response was I could just keep it and they would give me a $10.00 voucher for there store. They won't give me back my $39.99. Why would I want to keep the junk and spend more in their store. SCAM SCAM SCAM

  3. I've had a deal with this, they advertised something of an other vendor for a good price and then send you a substandard item that you didn't order, the website is shut down so you cannot prove your complaint, nor get what you thought was coming, and their "resolution center is on that site, that is closed!
such scam artists. Watch out for advertisers on places like candy crush and other games, this scam follows numerous sites that don't check the advertisers. And that's how they get you, so, be aware and only order from reputable sites!

  4. It's a scam I have tried to email them all I get back is is same thing asking for copy of order no I have sent it 101 times so far and guess what they asked again

  5. Just received mine, Dec.31st.....,scam!!! I ordered it because it supposedly 'mopped', what was I thinking????
They won't respond, and I'm sure as heck not paying for shipping back to China!!! Now to track how I paid for it...….,blah!

  6. I ordered one. It was advertised on Facebook... I thought they vetted their sites they post? I really would like the machine but I have Contacted my bank because after a bit I went to check on my shipping status and the site disappeared! I am very angry at them and at Facebook for advertising it!!!

  7. I ordered a "Self-cleaning Mops 3-in-1 Robot with Auto Sweeping ,Vacuuming & Mopping" and received a product that doesn't look at all like what was advertised. Worse, it isn't even a working vacuum. It is what I would call a plastic fake display model of something else not even pictured. It is a plastic shell that does nothing, no motor, no sweepers, nothing but plastic and a couple screws. FAKE! Calling it a "scam" is being too nice. It's fraud and very much illegal, but what can I do?!

    1. You can get your money back if you contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account.

      1. This is a scam they send you a plastic piece of junk. Disputed with PayPal and they will refund if I mail it back to China. Bad deal don’t throw your money away. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

        1. You need to contact PayPal again and need to explain. For that, you need to go to the post office and get a copy of the information for the tracking number that clearly showed the weight of the item which will definitely have less weight than the original item (If you already have the weight details, then you no need to go the post office). People who had provided this information to PayPal, most of them have got a refund with the help of PayPal. Good Luck!

  8. I ordered. Got a shipped message. Never received. Website is now gone. I will try to get my money back. Doubt I will

    1. If you want your money back, then you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account.
