Lilcloth complaints Lilcloth fake or real Lilcloth legit or fraud | De Reviews

Lilcloth.com is a fraudulent website due to the following reasons:-

# The trust seal logo of McAfee that it has provided on its cart page if fake. So we cannot trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

# Although it has provided the option to purchase the items using the credit card, it hasn’t provided the required security measures to secure the personal information of the clients and has tried to trick people by showing the fake trust seal logos. So if you shop at this site, your credit card information can be stolen.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

  1. This company is a joke. I ordered an XXL shirt, The tag on shirt says Xxl but it is like a large in reality. When I wrote them their response was to send me a size chart!!!!

  2. scam, trying to get mail back address, they never send it, just keep asking for order #, i keep getting response they say does not exist. cant mail back for a refund, items do not fit. looks like i am stuck.

  3. I ordered 5 shirts from lilicloth on 4/24/2021 and they took out the payments on 4/26/2021 and it took me 2 months to get my items. They were nice enough to let me know that one of my shirts they were out of and refunded my money back on my card. The material is cheap, anything ordered in black it looks gray when you receive it and one of my shirts were too big. No customer service all through e-mail which is very frustrating when you really want to speak to someone and not a machine. This is my first and last time ever ordering on line it SUCKS but it's not a scam.

  4. My wife and I ordered six pieces and were pleasantly surprised . No problem just have to get a larger size if you are a tall woman . IM 5’8 1/2”. And my wife is5’11” ....we read the directions carefully and knowing most Chinese women are shorter, we ordered accordingly and had no problems at all.

  5. I have been waiting for an order since Dec. 6, 2020, Christmas presents. I have had over 30 emails with this company and each response is "our LOGISTICS Dept" is looking into the ORDER !!!
Their "LOGISTICS Dept." couldn't find their BUT with a SEARCH WARRANT !! SCAM / FRAUD ??
    Today is Feb. 23, 2021.

  6. I ordered three shirts from lilicloth. All items were way to small. They have no customer service contact other than email. They do not disclose that they are in China and that they do not pay for returns. They offer a cash refund of 5% to altar the item if it’s to small. Absolutely deceptive advertising!

  7. clothes were cheap and didnt fit. have tried to contact them but no one responds called and canceled my credit card and got credit. read on the internet that this company is a spam and a lot of people have had issues with them. do not order from them/

  8. cheap clothes tried to call them they would not answer and tried to email them . read on computer this is a spam company . clothes are cheaply made. canceled my credit card and sent info to credit bureau they still haven'[t returned my inquiries .DONT ORDER FROM THEM .....CALL AND CANCEL THE CHARGES IF YOU ORDERED also canceled my credit card .

  9. cheap clothes tried to call them they would not answer and tried to email them . read on computer this is a spam company . clothes are cheaply made. canceled my credit card and sent info to credit bureau they still haven'[t returned my inquiries .DONT ORDER FROM THEM .....CALL AND CANCEL THE CHARGES IF YOU ORDERED

  10. 15min ago today 10/4/20, I saw an ad for LILICLOTH clothing and had an uneasy feeling so I googled and fount it reported to be a scam site. When I went back to what I was doing online, I soon came across what I thought was the same EXACT ad (same photos, in a different order) WITH THE NAME "ZOLUCKY" So BEWARE OF EITHER, and honestly, probably MOST of them you see!
I actually took a chance on 2 sites a few months back (after reading a few hundred reviews) 🙂 and was very pleasantly surprised w/the 3 clothing items I received!
My favorite was "Yidarten" [fox head logo] the quality was probably better than what I would buy locally at a department store (even after washing), and the prices were quite 'fair' (since I am a cheap shopper! lol) and locally comparable for the items I got, though you can find great prices on clothing this way. I plan to order more from them now that I trust it. (sorry I cant remember the name of the other brand)

  11. Lillicloth also has other company names and sells same clothing (if you can call it that). Rosillini, zolucky. This company is out of Hong Kong not UK. I ordered an item twice and they could not revise my order that should have been a sign. So I bought with my visa debit card and three days later they debited the money from my checking account and at 4:30 am I receive an email that they canceled my order. this was back on May 18 and still have not received my refund. I filed a fraud claim with my bank. So I've seen some reviews not good at all. Good luck.

  12. I PLACED (2) ORDERS MID MAY, 2020. NEVER GOT A CONFIRMATION, NOR ANY CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD or any goods! TOO MANY SCAMS!!

    1. Instead of calling the Lilcloth team, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account. Show them this review as a reference.

  13. I ordered 3 pieces of clothing, the 3 of them arrived, but one order was not what I ordered. They told me to keep it and they will refund me $3. The item's price is $19.99. Later on they told me to give the wrong item to my sister or friend and they will refund me $5. I mean how did they assume that I have a sister and I don't have a sister. This is seriously a bad customer service. It's like stealing my money!! You should stop fooling people with your business.
