I dealt with them and their product is ok but forget trying to return anything or get a refund. All they do is reply multiple times with negotiations of trying not to refund or take the return. Horrible customer service as they say they accept returns within 14 days. NOT TRUE!
I've purchased 3 pairs of lined pants on Dec 1st as Christmas gifts and they were promising delivery by the 16th. Needless to say the products arrived on Jan 5th after multiple escalations to their customer service. They offered a refund of $3 for the inconvenience. The quality of the items is poor with loose stitching and sizing is off. I've been trying to return them but they keep delaying and advise against it claiming that the cost to return would be too high so they offered and additional $5 for me to keep the items. Stay away from these sleezebags.
