This company will play email tag with you. Then they will conclude that what you ordered is what you get. Your payment information needs not to be given to this company. If you do, expect some fraud activity.
Scam. Be careful with payment information. My card had 4 transactions thru PayPal. Luckily my bank has a fraud detection department. All 4 transaction equaled to over $800. One was a little over $650. The other 3 were a little over $40 each.
Getting a refund is a joke. They play email tag with you. They require pictures of your products and packaging. Then they claim to not being able to open jpeg files. They need mp4 format files. Then they'll ask for a video to show your unsatisfactory expressions and reasons for refund. Finally they come to just conclude that this is what you ordered...this is what you get. Knock off items.
