Do not do business with these people. The item they sent was not the item I ordered, not the style or the material. They would not send a replacement or refund with me sending item back to them which was too expensive. Basically this is a scam. You pay 100%. They send you a rag and they give you 40% back. Probably making 55% profit for little effort. Factual Reviews I left on site have been removed
I bought two dresses in Mid April 2022 and weeks later received a message that one is out of stock I did not accept an alternative, refund took weeks but there was a promise that the second drees is on the way, well weeks later a message that the second dress is also out of stock, after endless emails a refund arrived last week, three months later. It was a bad joke not a company to recommend!
This business is a scam. Don't order anything from it. The dress I ordered was cheaply made, was polyester instead of linen, and was extremely small. I've made 3 attempts to return for refund with no response.
The company advertised a linen dress & sent me a polyester dress. To return it, I would have to mail it to China at my expense. Don’t do business with them.
I ordered 2 dresses from this company on March 23rd and received them on April 11. They did not fit so I began the process of returning them according to their policy. I received an email response but it did not include a return shipping address. I was advised that international shipping costs to return the items would be every expensive and was offered me a 15% discount to use toward another purchase! What a scam! Buyers beware!!!
this company is definitely a scam. I ordered two items on the website march 17/2022. paid by credit card . Have not received items or money back after numerous emails asking for items or refunded. I
doubt I will hear from them , so I am sure my money has been taken with no recourse for me.
I purchased an item from this company ladydresspp.com on March 16th 2022 and today is March the 30th 2022 they keep telling me that my order is in process I never get a direct answer I asked for a shipping tracking number they still have not sent it to me I am afraid that this is a scam and I just wanted to report it and I will report this to my bank and if you people please be careful
Buy beware! It has now been nearly a month since I placed my order and paid for expedited shipping. It is STILL "being processed." That was supposed to be a 3-7 day process. They keep giving canned responses to my emails, first stating they would give me 10% refund...never happened, second saying two weeks ago that they would give me a full refund if it was not shipped within a week, and another time that they would refund me the expedited shipping cost. They have not honored ANYTHING and have my $97.00 Do not purchase from them.
