Item never received; however, at some point-I 'm not sure exactly when-I received a random, small package in the mail that I hadn't ordered, which came from an entity whose name I didn't recognize, from China. It was some useless item I think I eventually threw away. Having read other complaints since, I believe it must have been from "LACKT," since many people received small, cheap items from them instead of the larger, more expensive items they actually ordered. Recently, I tried to contact them to complain about never receiving the item I ordered. I could only leave an e-mail message, asking them to respond. I have not received a reply. Today, my son left them a phone message, describing what happened, and asked them to return his call. At this time, I've had no response.
Not only did I get a tank top the size of a toddlers baby doll in place of a car seat for my son but when asked not once but twice to get a replacement I got tracking numbers and first it was lost and then there was no recipient. Umm I am pretty sure I’m a recipient waiting for a package here. Nothing showed up and when I asked about it I was told I have to return and invisible item to them in order to get 70% of my money back. I’ve contacted better business bureau I suggest everyone to the same. This site needs to be shut down because someone else gets scammed out of a lot more money than we all did.

Dont order from this person ...OUTLOOK.COM.... Same fake scammer using sftongue.com... And sftongue@outlook.com with fake adress and phone numbers. If you can...pay thru paypal because THEY GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM SCAMMERS....a band may not help you....i received a $1. scarf instead of a $86 order.....SCAMMERS IF THEY USE OUTLOOK AS AN EMAIL CONTACT.....

My son made a purchase, and the site immediately said the order had been received on the following date, but when I checked up on it through my checking account, the charge was already pending. Their shipping information says that you should receive your order within 60 days, but their return policy is stated as "lasting for 30 days,"which makes no sense.
No item ever received for me either (SCAM).
Wish I had seen this before I used them. Ordered an outside tool storage shed received a satin cap(like people used to sleep in).. Sad thing is I ordered from them because I saw the Alabama address and thought it was actually a company here in the USA.

I ordered a table not thinking it could be suspicious with the amount of detail that they provided. they sent me usps tracking information the next day and it said it delivered but it never did. i emailed them and it’s been 2 weeks with no response. i also called the phone number and no answer. i guess now i have to cancel my credit card. 🙁
Ordered a plastic bicycle locker, paid the $79.99 got a tracking number. Followed the shipping from Shanxi, China, for over a month, then through the USPS system, and was finally delivered a single oven mitt, with the supposed value of $20.00, that I wouldn't have paid $1.00 for at a thrift store.
I order a couch for 80 I had no idea this was a scam until after my money was taken off my card they never answer phone. Never send messages back to u when u ask for refund they ignore u or give u a fake tracking number something needs be done about companies like this or who ever is responsible I have bladder cancer and I was trying get stuff for my daughter's home before I die and then this happened I've cried but that didn't solve my issue she really needed that couch but God knows who they are and best believe karma is a bitch2 and they will get theres.please people do not order from them Scam all way around

Thanks for pointing the "cons" about the website Lackt. Even the name is suspicious. I came close to ordering a set of 3 Fruits and Veg, but thanks to your info, I did not go as far as putting my card info in the fields. The motto is: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I ordered a dining set from these folks and they are so evil. I am disabled and only can buy online. I will never use this site again. KARMA. Lost money, fake email and lies is is all they do. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM. It's a shame that this happens.
