I placed an order back in August supposedly was going to arrive sometime in September I never received my package. They stated an item wasn't available so they were going to refund me directly I never received that refund. I've been trying to get a refund on my complete order I've been emailing them and it's the back and forth issue. They are not able to fix a simple issue.
HORRIBLE company. They sent me a dress with a big tear in the front. When I contacted them they promised to send a replacement but never did and just stopped answering my emails. $30 down the drain. Don’t use them.
I ordered what I thought was a cute, sequined, Christmas mini dress....what I got was a cheap, thin, night gown looking thing that was 3 sizes too big. We actually laughed at how ridiculous it looked at work...Contacted them to return it, and got the run around. Would cost too much to send it back so they wanted to give me a partial refund. Ridiculous.....

Ordered items and then was told they didn’t have them. I asked for a refund and they said pick something else out. I said no I want refund. Still haven’t received my refund.
I attempted to order some thigh high socks and leg warmers and it put my refit card as o use this card bcuz it’s a small credit card so if stolen they aren’t getting much. I found just to be safe always use this card only when ordering from places like this.
[My Issue] Clearly I have enuff to cover this purchase but it’s stating to put another payment option and won’t accept my visa cc. so then I felt suspicious and found this.. So I hope it’s not a scam but if it is they ALMOST GOT ME… Let’s be safe out there ladies when buying from these types of places use a credit card with a small available balance this way your losses can’t no horrific as a opposed to putting your debit card and some lame place in CHINA takes our life savings….
Do not order from this company. I ordered some dresses and a few tops. The dresses are all paper thin and see thru. It is the cheapest quality of clothes. Another thing is easy to order and take your money but to return items won't happen. I emailed and messaged for days. Finally, after saying I am going to the BBB and Consumer Affairs they gave me directions to return to China by registered mail only. Problem is it would cost 64.33 to return items I paid 104.00 for. If I would have known where the company was and what the return policy was I would never have purchased anything. I am now waiting on them to suggest a different way of returning them for cheaper.
Haven't received my order and every way to contact the company has failed. Can't believe I fell for it. Scammed for the first time.
