I ordered a dress from this company, never had the option to create an account. A confirmation of the order popped up on the screen and I took a screen shot. Never received an order confirmation email. I paid extra for express shipping. The following day I contacted customer support and asked for verification of my order and received no response. Later that day I requested to cancel the order because it had been 24 hours and there was no communication and I found the exact same product at another retailer. No communication. They charged my credit card and I still have not received any communication or product.
A complete rip off never sent me what I ordered a sweeter . Never replied a total rip off !!!! Its been months now ! Do not ever order from these.
Thanks for the advice, this looks so legit, I wanted to buy some of the sweaters that were being offered by them, not now.
