However, this address is an address of the residential area (source:- zillow.com) and also not an exact address of any building. There is not any company with the name Kenamotion or Oseutbg around this address. So, definitely, it is not the company’s address of Kenamotion or Oseutbg. Other than this address, Kenamotion hasn’t provided any information about who and from where is operating and running the Kenamotion.icu on its website. When we check WHOIS, we find out the domain Kenamotion.icu has been registered from Luxembourg. So, this makes more clear that Kenamotion hasn't revealed its real address. However, legit online stores always provide the real company’s address but scam online stores always found to be hiding their identity or providing the fake address.
# Although Kenamotion has provided its company’s address from the USA, on its “Terms and Conditions” page, it has mentioned its terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Well, why any company from the USA shall be governed by the laws of the UK? So, this proves that Kenamotion is lying about its real company’s address.

For example, its website theme is very untidy, its website name is different than its domain name, it hasn’t secured its website properly, it has copy-pasted lots of things from other scam websites such as its Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return Policy and so on. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information can be stolen.
# On the “Return Policy” page of Kenamotion, it has mentioned that the items must be unused and in original packing in order to be eligible for a return. Now how anyone can test any item without using that? So, this makes clear that the Kenamotion is not a refund friendly online store.
# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. We too were buying an electric folding tricycle. We received a spinning fidget. Credit card put through a dispute but they sent confirmation of product received. Of course not what was ordered. SCAMMERS taking advantage of seniors.

1. once you receive the item you should attempt to contact them and ask to return whatever you received, when they don't respond, contact your credit card company and give them all the information, what you ordered, what you received, when you received it and when you attempted to contact them, call them as soon as possible though. If you don't receive it within a reasonable amount of time, again contact your credit card company and give them the information, they should be able to assist getting your money back
I ordered the folding scooter too. I ordered it on May 20th. and all I received is a stupid baseball hat. How can I get my money back?

I too purchased a folding electric tricycle scooter beginning of June, sent an email to them, because I didn’t what was going on, I didn’t know if it was shipped or not. Then I got a response from them that my shipment was on its way. I just received a package, but instead of the tricycle scooter, I got a Snoopy dog cap. This is is completely wrong. Can someone tell me , how to get my money back.
I made the same purchase to Oseutbg (Kenomation) on May 21st, 2019. The tracking number provided in the "shipped" email takes me to a page that says the site is unavailable. Can anyone help me get my money back? What can I do to protect myself from future violation by these folks?

I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT THEM REGARDLESS OF THE 7 E MAILS AND 6 VOICEMAILS TO KRISTEN FAUSTO, WHO HAS HER NUMBER ON WEB SITE AS CONTACT. I GOT A ORDER NUMBER WHEN I ORDERED BUT THE TRACKING NUMBER THEY POSTED FOR THIS PURCHASE DOES NOT EXIXT. CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK??? PLEASE HELP. FEEL FREE TO E MAIL ME.
