This is a fake site. I ordered keens shoes and they sent me a cheap beanie to prove a tracking number, which took 2 months to arrive.
i had a similar experience.
Sucked in by the cheap prices i was suspicious of the poorly written site, yet still went ahead.
the merchant details really raised concern when charging a credit cards. it took multiple attempts and had a strange name
they have no contact address nor ABN (identifiable business data in Australia)
The website said money is not deducted until goods sent, incorrect as i was charged.
i replied to an order confirmation email - requesting details and magically the money was returned! this may have been a coincidence as i also contacted my bank to initiate a fraudulent transaction
So here I am 3 years on from these comments and it's still active?? How? Just put my cc details in to the site, though stupid me did think the billing page was a bit dubious, but it was late at night on my phone.
yesterday i purchase at keenfootwearaustralia
Thay charg me Twice of the amount i had to pay (instead of 72Euro they charge me 154Euro)
Immediately i felt that somthing is wrong but it was to late..
I send email to Keen and i get answer:"Our legal team are currently investigating this website as it is a scam website. We would suggest not purchasing from that website."
