Website is now gone. It was 100% scam. I called my credit card company within the 30 day window and they have already refunded my money. End of story. There are more of these fake stores being advertised on Facebook with incredibly low prices on merchandise. That is the dead giveaway is the exceptionally low price.
⚠️ On April 12, 2023 the website simply disappeared never to return. They double charged my card, and 28 days later I never received the folding utility shelf I ordered. Called Capital One. They reversed the charges. It’s now April 17, 2923 and this reporting webpage still has not been updated to reflect the fact the scam website has now vanished.
After waiting for more than a month, my item was tagged as delivered on the 8th of April, but I never actually received anything. The tracking number doesn't work on any site that I've tried.
I ordered several coats back in January, after a few weeks I got a tracking # from the company by email. I could not track it. The site that supposedly was where I had to track was all in Japanese. Then I got notice that my order had arrived. Nope so I went to my local post office they tracked it somehow. Finally told me that it "had arrived" in the us. And was in customs! That was months ago! Total scam they go out 50$ of my fixed income! They should b ashamed!
I have been trying to email this company because I ordered a coat and have not received it. I don't understand when it says track your order I can't find anywhere to track it and I don't know if I have to hit the claim receipt button or not. All I know is I've been waiting about a month and nobody will email me back. Not at all happy with this website
Me as well Debbie! I kept checking the tracker and it kept giving me the same date. I sent multiple e-mails and received a response on the first one but not the others. In fact, the last one I sent I got a bounce back e-mail saying there was something wrong with the e-mail. I checked the tracker again just last week and it's saying my stuff was delivered in February (less than 30 days after my original order) not true. I e-mailed them one last time and told them I wanted my money back, nothing was ever received. I also told them I hope they choke on my $59. LOL Definitely a scam!

I ordered weeks ago. Tracker said out for delivery for the past week. This morning it said out for delivery. Tonight it says delivered 2days ago. Scam..no way of contacting company..good thing I cancelled that credit card after I read your article unfortunately after I already ordered. They will never have good luck so the joke is on them.. Ordered from them 10th January. Went on site today and it says my item delivered Friday. I don’t have it and was home all day Friday! Time of delivery 5.10am! No courier where I live works that time of day!
I have been waiting for 2 weeks No response when I email them and still stating that my items have been shipped but still haven't received them.
I played an order 14 days ago it status still says awaiting shipment I sent them an email asking for estimated delivery date still have not heard back from them I'm thinking about contacting my credit card bank seeing if I can dispute the transaction get my money back idk what to do or say bout this but I will say so far Juzezo.com is horable at giving info there customer service is not clearly up I don't care what resaults end up being I'll never buy from them again
That's how they scam us..keep us waiting. I lost $22. Call your bank and get a refund
They drag it out as long as they can because after 30 days, your bank no longer has a liability.
It's been a week and the items are still marked 'awaiting shipment'.
