I placed an order in july of 2021 and have yet to hear from them or receive the product. I email them but they keep coming up with different excuses. I am calling my bank today for a full refund. I am so upset. my grandkids were so excited.
I ordered a product and they sent my package to the wrong address. It’s a scam because the address was correct from the order and no reason as to why it was delivered after waiting for over a month to receive. Don’t use this website or company period!!!
I placed an order in Jun and had not recd my merchandise. There was tracking information as well. I notified Joybobby and recd an email that I would be refunded. Its now November and I still have not recd a refund. They have not responded to any emails since. Definitely a SCAM!!
This company is awful it sends you wigs you didn’t order and when you try to return it there’s a wrong address posted so don’t waste your money !!!
