Buyer Beware!!! I placed an order for a slogan decoration on November 30, 2023 from Joskna.com. I did not receive a confirmation email or tracking number, so I sent an email inquiry. I initially received a response requesting more info which I sent but no response since. The money for this purchase was charged to my card, however I have not received my order. My order should easily be located by using many methods: my name, address, email address, or phone number which were required when placing my order. Since it’s been two weeks when I placed this order, I sent another email inquiring about my order and received a “permanently failed” email from their only contact source. Guess this was a scam — too bad I really liked the product.
