I ordered 6 pairs of biker shorts on 6/3 supposedly got a order number when I used my debit card to purchase $34.98..I never received my Shorts today on 4 th of July on my porch in my chair was a small bag with a scarf with horses on it from some one claiming to be a Tracy Travick 3300 LEONIS BLVD VERNON CA 90058 .. I tried emailing this jivinna.com and it said this isn’t a known email.So I went to the website on Facebook online and this is how about the fraudulent of a fake company,This is so sad to be stealing peoples hard earned money.They going to get caught soon or later.No return address at all. I did not order this item that was sent to me it’s not even my taste just useless.Anyone help what can we do about my question?

I’m a Senior Citizen and live on a fixed income and although it was a lot of money, when your my age any money is important. I want my order or my money back.
