Very Disappointed here! If you’re considering buying from Jancora, stick with the simple prints, plain colors or woven patterns as their more complex digital prints are not as clean as the pictures/advertising suggests.
Their “customer service” is a joke as well:
• It took over a month to receive my order.
• The “tracking” site is useless as it almost never tells you anything helpful nor does it update in real time.
• Upon seeing the poor quality of the prints, I emailed the address provided on the packing slips (which said I would get a response in 48 hours).
• I got a response 7 Days later asking that I send the same information and include pictures (which I did the same day I received the one and only response I’ve gotten so far).
• It’s now been almost 2 WEEKS and I STILL Have not gotten information as to where to return these shirts to.
I myself work in customer service, if I were to provide this level of service to any customer, I would get fired. This is the equivalent of answering a customer service call, putting the customer on hold and leaving them there until they either hang-up or the call drops.
Buyers beware! the fashion company call Jancora looks like a scam to me. I do not receive my package after 2mths and when I received it they come in different size color and styles. Just like they only send me what they want to sell. I ask for refund or exchange many times but get no response. People should think before spending your money here
