TOTAL SCAM!!! I’m Beyond Upset w/intexoutlet.shop. I ordered an above ground pool on 6/14/21 from their website. I thought it’s INTEX pools. E-mail notification was suspicious when return email address was: rosmariekeduse80@gmail.com. My tracking# matched a different name & address! Supposedly it was shipped to that person & address. They probably don’t even exist ! TOTAL SCAM!!?????
We ordered a pool through this site. I went to log on to my account to see where my pool was and the site cannot varify my email address. They sent me a tracking number (to my email) that said it was from UPS. I clicked on it and it said item was delivered. I copied and paste the tracking number on the REAL UPS wen site and there was no such tracking number in existence. I have emailed them multiple times receiving no response.
Total scam. They attentionally mailed my pool if it was a pool to another address. It was sent through USPS which they don't verify through website of delivery address only that the item was delivered to City and zip. I had to to open a claim to get my money back. And my kids that mattered the most in the situation is heartbroken ?!!! Lesson learned don't order from to good to be true websites!!!
