These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. Definite scam. I placed an order at the beginning of Halloween and payed for $30 before Halloween option. I have yet to receive the order or even a confirmation email despite being promised over email support that my order was in transit. They offered to send a 10% refund in November for a product I still haven't gotten yet.
Absolutely trashy
Placed an order with an expedited shipping (2-5 days Halloween) in the beginning of October. Waited two solid weeks - nothing happened. I emailed them to expedite cause I worried about it would not arrive before Halloween. The reply was "we placed your order, will email you once it shipped, PERIOD".. Waited another week till the Monday of Halloween week, I canceled my order when heard nothing on the shipping. They confirmed and said the refund would take 4-5 business days to appear. You thought that is the end of the story - HELL NO. I got my so-called cancelled order on 11/1, and they refuse to refund because "we already shipped your order".
What a rat! The only okay ethic they have is they do reply to your email, BUT with full of nonsense and zero honesty. I don't even want to mention how cheap quality the costume is, and what even worse is they messed up the size.
Absolutely trashy e-commerce. They shall shut down.
Just another Drop Shipping website. Paid double for quick shipping. If two weeks is quick shipping, I'd hate to know what the regular shipping is. I purchased the squid game outfit, showed and described as pink. I got a dark red jumpsuit. Said it came with mask, and showed a picture of the hard mask. I got a soft pull over mask. Sure the sizing is fine, but everything else is not what I ordered. Not to mention they PULLED the listing a day after me and my friends ordered from them. It no longer exists. I messaged them, no contact back. I messaged the dealer, no contact back. Bad website. Do not recommend.
They are real….. I just received my order this Friday for a squid game costume. It did take a long time to ship but to delivered at expected on time. I got nervous after research so I contacted them through email. When I contacted them about the tracking number they replied back. They were a little slow reply because of the time difference but I was still grateful they replied. The material was great and true to size.
