I purchased a women's beach cruiser bike from InstyShoes. They said it would ship in a week. It took two months. They misrepresented where they were shipping from (Southern California as opposed to Beijing.) The size was wrong. The packing was inadequate and some components were damaged. Workmanship and materials were very cheap. Extensive assembly was required but the instructions were 100% Mandarin. After my order (when it was several weeks overdue), I found the same bike elsewhere for half the price. I tried to ask for my money back under their "50 day satisfaction guarantee" policy, but they refused. They said I would have to wait until the product arrived, then ship it back (to Beijing!) at my own expense. What a scam.
